Great walking, hikes, High Speed Internet, Well equipped Granite Kitchen, extra clean home with new linens, towels and many little extras. Outside Hot tub is awaiting you after a fun day on the trail. Master Bedroom has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV and Roku device. High Speed Wireless internet. Real wood stove with wood supplied. Large back deck and the front Patio with a propane B.B.Q. another fenced side yard has a Ski Lift swing and ski tower from Heavenly. Fenced back and side yards and a larger fenced area with 2 acres on the river with walking trails, mountain views, hiking walking out your door on the forest with abundant trails in our area. Nearby to Tahoe Paradise Park with playground, disc golf, basketball picnic, pickleball, tennis. Downtown shows and Casinos 20 minutes. This goes beyond where most rental cabins leave off and will leave you with the true Tahoe experience. A lifestyle in a vacation rental getaway.

The house was just as described. Didn’t see the air conditioning but we didn’t need it. Lots of space inside and out. Instructions were clear. We didn’t have dogs but I could see how this would be attractive to travelers with dogs.

Debbie & Hatch were amazing! Their place was perfect for our family! Everything was so clean and labeled so you knew exactly where everything was. The place was in a perfect location, quiet & away from the hustle & bustle of the town but close enough to do it all. We would love to stay again if ever back in this part of the country.

Great place to stay in the Tahoe region. Good location. The kitchen was one of the best I've encountered at a VRBO - it had everything. My family and I had a lovely time.

Everything was as advertised. Close to some great hiking trails. And there spot on the creek is nice. The fence looked like a bear climbed over in a few spots. Saw some bear tracks on my hikes but no sightings.

An amazing property that was clean and well maintained. The backyard was awesome and my dog loved every second out there. The rooms were so comfortable too and each room had a TV. The kitchen was equipped with supplies as well. Lastly, the host was so kind and super easy to communicate with during our stay. Hopefully, we get the chance to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! House was very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Nice big kitchen and dining area. 30 minutes from Kirkwood. Much more affordable than staying in the village.

The home was warm and accommodating and clean and large and very friendly. Communication was quick and easy and the location was ideal. We cannot wait to come back and utilize this home again. Hard to leave this place.

This was an ideal place to stay at Tahoe. Close enough for a short drive to town but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The property owners were very friendly and worked with us when the pool had a heating issue. House was well laid out, plenty of room for my family. Would easier stay here again if I went back to Tahoe.

The host was very pleasant and responsive when the hot tub fuse blew and one tv required a reset. All instructions were conveniently posted by the front door and the kitchen drawers and cabinets were labeled, making finding things easy. We were there to play in the snow, and the hills right behind the house were perfect for free sledding with no crowds! The fenced yards were especially convenient for the dog and added to the sense of privacy and security. All in all, a great place to stay for our party of 5.

Family getaway

Perfect location for a family getaway trip. Everything was as advertised, the home was well appointed, especially the kitchen. Plenty of towels for the pool/hot tub. Definitely would stay again.

Relaxing Dog Friendly Get Away

Easy check in, clean and dog friendly. Plenty of room. We enjoyed walking the dog to the creek and appreciated the stocked kitchen. The jacuzzi was a great way to relax.

Great Tahoe home

We loved staying at Debbie’s home. It was a great home base for our snow adventures, with easy access to the mountains and great space to in relax afterwards. We enjoyed cooking good meals in the well stocked and abundantly labelled kitchen, soaking in the hot tub, and lounging on the comfy sofas by the fire. We’d definitely stay here again.

When it's time to slow down the property has many spots to relax, kick back enjoy a book. The property is great for Plein air sketching, painting, photography and art work which I also do for fun.

Extra Clean and well equipped. On the river, Rare acreage, fenced back yards, Recreation central. Hike bike cross country ski or snowshoe outdoor adventure at your doorstep. People drive here from intown to start their adventure parking at the of road. On the edge of town and only a 15-20 minute drive to ski areas and shopping. Near Heavenly, Sierra and Kirkwood ski areas.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Hot tub outside year round. New couch. Dining table seats 8. Plenty of cookware. We prefer renting to families for small gatherings. Large acreage for Tahoe with nice trails around property. Great for kids to play outside.
Sorry, not for large groups. not a party house or for loud guests. We have neighbors.
