SUMMERTIME POOL, Hot Tub. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Great location with acres ON THE RIVER for play. Mountain views. High Speed Internet, Well equipped Granite Kitchen, extra clean home with new linens, towels and many little extras. Outside Hot tub is awaiting you after a fun day on the trail. Master Bedroom has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV and Roku device. High Speed Wireless internet. Real wood stove with wood supplied. Large back deck and the front has a patio with a propane B.B.Q. another fenced side yard has a Ski Lift swing and ski tower from Heavenly. Fenced back and side yards and a larger fenced area with 2 acres on the river with walking trails, mountain views, hiking walking out your door on the forest with abundant trails in our area. Nearby to Tahoe Paradise Park with playground, disc golf, basketball picnic, pickleball, tennis. Downtown shows and Casinos 20 minutes. This goes beyond where most rental cabins leave off and will leave you with the true Tahoe experience. A lifestyle in a vacation rental getaway.

Relaxing Dog Friendly Get Away

Easy check in, clean and dog friendly. Plenty of room. We enjoyed walking the dog to the creek and appreciated the stocked kitchen. The jacuzzi was a great way to relax.

Excellent, very comfortable stay

Comfortable, clean and cozy. My family and our dogs enjoyed our stat and will try to book a stay in the summer as well to enjoy the swimming pool. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Just know that the pool is indoor but in a non insulated pool room so it’s way too cold for a dip. A very pleasant stay with comfortable spaces and a well stocked kitchen. Thanks again!

Me and my family had so much fun at riverranch from playing in the snow to having fun playing games in the house. Bed was comfortable.

5 Stars all around!

This property was perfect for our ski weekend. It is 30 minutes from Kirkwood and 20 minutes from Heavenly. Our dog (and we!) loved the fenced in, level yards. We took a nice evening walk up the road that took us into beautiful forest and river scenery.The house itself was comfortable, cozy and spotlessly clean. It is very well appointed. The kitchen had everything one could need, well organized in labeled drawers and cabinets. Even night lights were provided. We hope to be back in the summer.

The coolest house in the woods

Lovely Setting

This is our second time staying at this property. It's dog friendly which we love. There's lots of open country to walk the dogs. The setting is lovely. The home is well appointed and the kitchen well stocked. The beds are comfortable too. Great vacation home!

Ski Week Trip

Great property and location. Close enough to town to get groceries or go to a restaurnat but far enough to get that real mountain feeling. As others commented, the cabin is well equiped and kitchen well stocked. Check-in was a breeze and the cabin was very clean. We would definitely rent again.

Lake Tahoe Getaway

Excellent getaway location for those looking for seclusion and quality family time. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. I loved the creek in the backyard, my two young children had so much fun playing in it. Highly recommend!

Lovely Property and Home!

Our family absolutely loved this house and the property.Check in and check out process was easy, no issues to report. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking ware needed. Wood fireplace was also a very nice feature along with the hot tub. Very clean upon entering and exactly as described compared to the listing. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The owner, Debbie, was kind and helpful in responding to our texts. Location of this house was far enough away to enjoy the nature but close enough to town. Lovely river on the property to walk to. We stayed in March where we were concerned about the snow packs but the location of this property in the valley had an abundance of snow. Can’t wait for another stay!

Family vacation

We had a great time at this place. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and the creek right behind the property. The location is in a quiet neighborhood in a woodsy area. Our dog really liked the two fenced yards. Going into South Lake Tahoe is not far at all. We would definitely recommend this property.

bigger than expected

This home was great for our 2 families ski trip. The nook with 2 beds is really a room and worked great for our 2 girls. We also appreciated the fast snow plowing of the driveway.

Cozy cabin, wonderful stay

I stayed in this cabin with a few friends and we had a wonderful weekend. The kitchen was particularly great as we were able to easily cook a couple meals as a group, and eat at the large dining table. We had one dog with us who enjoyed the fenced in back yard. I also appreciated all of the documentation and guides available in the cabin itself. Debbie was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Mini Family Vacation

My family stayed up here for the weekend with our 2 dogs. It was a relaxing stay. My Granddaughter and the pups had an amazing time playing in the snow. The location is right outside of Meyers which isn’t to far from the strip if you choose to his up the Casinos. I will be keeping this house on my list of places to stay again. It worked out perfectly for our little family ❤️

Capacious, well stocked

The space and number of beds was ample for the two families of four we had, and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen, availability of towels, etc. Unfortunately we were unable to get the wood stove to work properly, despite our best efforts. The decor included bear sconces, bear pillows, bear window treatments, and bear towel racks, but no bear statuettes and some rooms entirely without bears.

Family getaway

Perfect location for a family getaway trip. Everything was as advertised, the home was well appointed, especially the kitchen. Plenty of towels for the pool/hot tub. Definitely would stay again.

Being outside with my dogs. All seasons adventure.
When it's time to slow down the property has many spots to relax, kick back enjoy a book. The property is great for Plein air sketching, painting, photography and art work which I also do for fun.

Extra Clean and well equipped. On the river, Rare acreage, fenced back yards, Recreation central. Hike bike cross country ski or snowshoe outdoor adventure at your doorstep. People drive here from intown to start their adventure parking at the of road. On the edge of town and only a 15-20 minute drive to ski areas and shopping. Near Heavenly, Sierra and Kirkwood ski areas.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Hot tub outside year round. New couch. Dining table seats 8. Plenty of cookware. We prefer renting to families for small gatherings. Large acreage for Tahoe with nice trails around property. Great for kids to play outside.
Sorry, not for large groups. not a party house or for loud guests. We have neighbors.
