The house and our stay were amazing. The home was beautiful, and we especially loved the pool area. Having the heated pool option made it even better. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach. Check-in was seamless, and any questions we had were answered promptly. The bonus bonfire was a wonderful touch as well.

We had a great time in this beautiful house. Very happy with the golf cart, which got much use transporting chairs etc, plus was needed to take our 70 year old parents to the beach. Bikes were in good condition and were used a lot. We were with 15 ppl from 8 to 79 years old and had plenty of room. Kitchen was well equipped. It was easy and a pleasure to communicate with management.

Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were first rate. Location was fun and the pool was great. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Magnolia Cottage provided the perfect accommodations for our family of 4 adult couples and two grandchildren. The pool area was well designed and offered a nicely shaded area to gather in the afternoons after a day at the beach. The location within the town of Grayton Beach was excellent; quiet street with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Also, we really enjoyed the golf cart and bikes as a nice way to explore the area. JP and Kelly were fantastic hosts...highly responsive and very accommodating to our requests. We would highly recommend this unit.

Great spot!

Close to the beach and plenty of room for us and our friends! We had a few kids with us and it was a blast. Firepit was a great addition to the stay!

A great option for a big family beach trip

The house was great for our big family group of 11—plenty of seating and dining space, nice bedrooms, and a great location. Everyone enjoyed having the pool, and the golf-cart and bikes were a big help!

Great stay!

House was very clean and was located at the perfect location in Grayton. Host was very attentive and communicative. I wish the balcony would have been open, but we understand why it was not.

The house was perfect for our three generation family of 10. It was very clean and appeared to be almost new. The bikes and golf cart were nice bonuses. Grayton Beach is a great location to enjoy exploring 30A. Hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. A

Great location. Home was perfect for our family of 10 ( 7 adults and 3 adolescents). Home was clean, kitchen well stocked with laundry room. Nice pool with area to grill. Also appreciated the bikes and golf cart. Enjoyed the added bonfire at the beach.
