Lindsay was a great host! Her communication was excellent and made sure we had everything we need. The house was beautiful and in the best location. There were plenty of beds and they were all comfortable. It was a quick walk to the beach which was perfect! I would 100% recommend staying here.

Great stay with family! Close enough to the beach. Golf cart was nice and a plus! Beautiful house! It was relaxing, nice and clean. Enjoyed are stay!

Great place. Location is great. Couple of updated houses around, but nothing too unpleasant to look at. Communication with the host was awesome. Overall great time Family loved it.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It was perfect for our family. Lindsay was fabulous to work with as she was in constant communication with any questions we had.

This house was amazing! Very beautiful with allll the amenities. We had the BEST trip staying here! One con that I hope can be remedied for future guests is the hot water situation. They have signs posted that it takes a while for the water to heat up, but our showers were lukewarm at best (after waiting several minutes prescribed by the signage in bathrooms). While that is a bummer, it definitely doesn’t overshadow our time there. Truly a beautiful, amazing house!

Lovely house near a very nice stretch of beach. The house was clean and had convenient bathroom shampoos, conditioners and soap. But there was not enough TP for a week’s stay, nor were there enough dishwasher pods or paper towels in the kitchen. The owners responded promptly to fix the problems with back porch ceiling fans and the gas grill.

Shady Pineapple was a great property for our multi-generational family gathering. Plenty of open concept living spaces indoor and outdoor, along with private bedrooms and bathrooms for when family members needed their own space. The pool was great for the grandchildren during the mornings and mid afternoons, while the golf cart and short walk to the beach worked well for late afternoons and sunsets. The covered back porch was a popular hang out with great shade and ceiling fans….and television! The kitchen was beautiful and was well stocked for cooking, grilling or take out! Plenty indoor seating for all! We also enjoyed the Santa Rosa area as it was a less crowded destination on the Gulf and much more laid back than other areas we’ve stayed. If you are looking for a property to fit the needs of 10 plus people of various ages along with lots of activity options all while staying in a beautiful home and close location to the beach, Shady Pineapple checks all the boxes!

This is a beautiful home, looks just like the pictures. Quiet street with a convenient, quick walk to the beach. We loved our stay here and will return.

Perfect home for large families- plenty of room and activities available for all age groups. Everything you need is there - so nice to have towels for the pool available. Home was clean and well supplied. Definitely recommend this beautiful home as close to beach and wonderful backyard with pool.

Great house for Family Vacation

Shady Pineapple was a perfect home for our family’s stay near the ocean. We loved the pool and backyard area especially for the kids. Beach was close Great location for everything!

Very spacious home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the frig/freezer were huge. The backyard outdoor space was perfect. We enjoyed the heated pool, the firepit, and the backyard games. The golf cart and bikes were also great. The garage has many items for you to use at the beach which was just a block away. We definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay was a 10/10! After a 5 night stay, we still weren’t ready to leave! The house is STUNNING! It has everything you could possibly imagine to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The backyard was a favorite, as we love spending time outdoors. Our host had all the amenities for a beach day, which made our days at the beach so much fun! Lindsay was very prompt to get back to me with any questions that I had. I told my husband after our stay that I would never need to visit any where else while vacationing! As long as this home is available, we will be back! Thank you Lindsay! You knocked it out of the park!

Killian’s Vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much! Loved the open concept first floor with pool on the same level. Allow our family to be together even more. The location and beach access was so easy. We hope to return.

Gorgeous Vacation Home!

This house was in the perfect location and provided us with everything we needed! It was well stocked. The extra pool towels were a plus! Having an umbrella in the pool worked out great for those who still wanted to be in the water but not the sun. We will definitely book this gorgeous house again!

Dune Allen Beach

We really enjoyed the location of this property. The sleeping arrangements were ideal for our group and we loved the large kitchen. The backyard was really a nice bonus on the rainy days when we couldn’t go to the beach.
