Close to where I needed to be, safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping, and a positively awesome hostess!

I loved this place! It's very comfortable, cozy and quiet in a beautiful area. We felt very at home and the host was VERY easy to communicate with--she would respond within minutes. She made us feel at home and the location was GREAT--I walked to get coffee every morning and there are many restaurants and stores within a 10-15 minute walk.

Graduation

My daughter and I came up for my grandson‘s graduation and enjoyed a wonderful stay right in the heart of Montclair. Everything is walkable from this location as far as food and shopping. Easy access to public transportation just as described in the listing. We will definitely return in the future.

Great rental

Cute 3rd floor apartment! I opted to use just the main room (with king size bed and a tv & couch) and not use the additional bedroom. My bed was super comfy, the kitchen is just the right size with the adorable reading nook. The bathroom is funky with but it works! This rental is walking distance to all the fun shops & restaurants on Walnut Street, including Montclair Bread Company, and the (in season) Farmers Market at Walnut Station. Sherry was super responsive to my messages.

Montclair

We had a great time visiting Montclair and staying at Sherry’s place. Location is walking distance to many different restaurants and the train station. We felt very safe walking around to different spots and coming back late at night. The place itself is very clean and well maintained. We only slept on the king size bed which was very comfortable. Check in/check out process was easy and Sherry was very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and responsive.

Lovely apartment. Close to Montclair restaurant scene and NYC.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need and then some. Sherry made us feel welcome. There was milk in the fridge, coffee, tea, and even a bottle of wine. The location was perfect. We would recommend to others.

This is not a fair or reasonable review since the guest never even stayed at the property. The guest wanted to cancel and wanted a full refund due to personal issues. I offered to try and help if she gave me permission to try and rent it at the last moment. She never replied. She also complained about having guidelines for pets and for paying an additional pet fee which I did not charge her for. It was a ridiculous amount of back and forth and then she showed up without communicating and I never knew when she was coming until I saw the information on my lock data.
