Guest Access

Guests will have full and private access to the entire property. This includes:

The entire 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home.

The large private backyard with the pool, putting green, and game room.

A two-car garage for your vehicles with direct entrance to the home.

Entry is seamless and secure with a smart lock. You will receive your unique, private access code prior to your arrival for self-check-in.

Interaction With Guests



We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. We will not be present during your stay, but we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all. Our goal is to ensure you have a 5-star experience.



Pool Safety: For our guests traveling with children under the age of 6, a pool fence is available for your safety and peace of mind. Please let us know in advance if you will need it set up for your stay.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The home is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had another great experience and would definitely stay here again in the future. We'd also recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay.

Things are a little run down and falling apart (toilet roll holders falling apart, outside chairs falling apart, chairs in the game room falling apart). It was set at 85 degrees when we got there, so it took a long time to cool down. Dark interior in general. Thin sheets that pull off the bed halfway through the night, etc.Just needs more attention to details.

Andy, I allowed early access and your father was let into the house ahead of you. I actually took a photo of the thermostat online because he made a complaint about it.. I It was NOT at 85. I do not understand what that was all about. BTW, the pool has a new $28,000 remodel with new decking. Both bathrooms have been totally remodeled in the past two years. We have a newer a/c within the last year. We upgraded out electrical panel and although you wouldn't notice, we did this for the safety of our guests. The furniture is not falling apart. To say we don't pay attention to things is just ridiculous. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to point out all the special things we have done for the enjoyment of others.

The house was perfect for our stay in Phoenix. I wish we could have stayed longer. Huge fenced in backyard for our dogs to spend hours chasing lizards. The pool was wonderful. The large scrabble game was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this listing. Janet was very responsive and happy to help.

Heated Pool and Great Location

Easy check-in, excellent communication with owner, house is well appointed, spacious and close to grocery and restaurants. Scottsdale has great entertainment. The heated pool was comfortably warm and we spent a lot of time in and around it. We had a wonderful vacation.

Quiet and Convenient

Stayed at the house for about 5 days in late Spring. Was a nice quiet location. Easy to get to other places in the area. The house was nice for the stay. The pool was perfect. The kitchen functional. We would stay there again.

We purchased this home because of the oversized lot and great location near everything! We keep improving along the way. We added a skylight recently in the hallway as well as new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Both baths have been retiled in August of 24. New pebble on pool and new decking July 2025!
