You'll will love calling this place "home" for your vacation! Very comfortable, fully furnished (and very well stocked kitchen), two-story home with 2-car garage, covered porch, patio, sun balcony & outdoor shower! Just steps away from pool, and 1 1/2 blocks to the beach!

Miramar Palms is a small, quiet, neighborhood with just 10 homes, private cove and pool with close proximity to all of the activity you can handle!

The Ground Floor Master bedroom and bath is 1/2 of the downstairs space with King-sized bed, desk, 50" HD Smart TV with Roku, high-speed wireless internet, roomy separate shower, oversized tub, large walk-in closet, double vanity and lots of windows!

Bedroom #2 is upstairs with Queen bed, large private sun balcony, spacious walk-in closet, 43" Smart TV with Roku and chest drawer.

Bedroom #3 features two full beds, a 32" Smart TV with ROKU, Playstation 4, two bean bag chairs and large closet. There is an optional trundle twin bed in this room if necessary. Spacious shared bath with double vanity and shower/tub.

Fully appointed custom kitchen. Large, dining table with a bench for 3-4 and four chairs, with an additional two chairs in the dining area and bedroom if necessary. Relax and put your feet up in your 'home away from home' living room. Enjoy TV, movies and games with your family and friends at Memories 2 Legacy!!

We offer a professional cleaning service that uses the highest CDC recommended standards for cleaning and disinfecting. Four disinfecting products used to completely clean every surface where the hand touches. All mattresses and pillows are encased with Sureguard permanent covers to insure safety an every bed will also have an additional Bamboo mattress cover as a protective measure. All linens are washed after each renter.

Great stay

Wonderful place to stay with family! House was clean and had amenities for young children including baby gate, booster seat for table, and toys. Easy walk to the beach. Close drive to shopping and other activities on rainy days. We would stay here again! Owners made the process easy and enjoyable. Communication was great. Thank you!

Fall break destination

We've stayed several places in the Miramar Beach area. This definitely rates as one of the best places we've stayed. It had everything we needed to make our beach vacation enjoyable - bikes, chairs, toys, etc. The house was clean and came with all the amenities we needed to make the week stress free. The location was perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach, yet have privacy, peace and quiet. The owners were very responsive when I had any questions and checked in on us through the week. Definitely a great place to stay! We would go back!

This place was easy to access, located close to everything. Had all you needed for a beach trip (especially if your flying). Neighborhood was quite and clean. Host was easy to communicate with . Highly recommend if your coming with a family.

Beautiful beaches, delicious seafood, and lots of fun. The house was nice, but the upstairs was hot. He told me the day we left that the air was being fixed. So hopefully that won’t be a problem. Overall we had a great time!

Amazing stay!!!

This home was perfect for our large group for a week long stay. Everything was exactly as pictured and such a close proximity to the beach. Loved having the outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The owners were very accessible and extremely accommodating. By far the best VRBO stay I’ve ever had and definitely plan on booking again!

Amazing House by Beach, Resturants, Shopping!

We stayed for a full 7 days the week of Spring Break and had a great stay! The house was just as advertised in the listing. House is just 1 block from the beach and there is so many great resturants and shopping within a 5 minute golf cart ride. The community where the house is located is a small, 10 house community with a pool in a great area. Several others visiting for the week were staying at the neighbor properties and were also all very friendly. The pool was great, kids loved it as a break from the beach. Look forward to staying again. Also, the property was pet friendly so our small dog was able to join us on the trip!

Family vacation at the beach

As a first time renter for a family vacation, I was not sure what to expect. My experience renting this home was great. The location was great for everything we had planned to do on our first visit to Destin. Awesome getaway vacation!

Great location

Beautiful house in a great location. Everything you could want is within walking distance. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Communication with the owner was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Miramar Thanksgiving

My family and I had an excellent time staying at this property over Thanksgiving weekend. The house was very spacious and accommodating, with all of the kitchen utensils one could ever need to cook a family feast. Isidro was an extraordinary host, and ensured we had everything we needed. Property had all the amenities for all age ranges. The house was clean and modern

Best VRBO experience by far!

After spending a month at this beach house, I can confidently tell you: stop looking, and book this place already. I rented Isidro's place to escape winter for a bit and enjoy a change of scenery while continuing to work from home during the pandemic. After a different place (from a giant, impersonal rental company) fell through, I was thrilled to find Isidro and his home. He called me immediately after booking, and it felt like I was renting from a friend. He walked me through all the details, amenities and what I could expect when I arrived. This personal touch was delightful and it continued throughout my stay and beyond. House: The house is updated, spacious and on a cute street with several others like it. We put the front porch to good use for morning coffee and (as a city dweller) I appreciated the driveway and garage space. With three bedrooms, you could comfortably host a family and/or friends here. It’s a good layout with open kitchen/dining/living space and additional hangout space on the back patio. Location: This location could not be more perfect. Notably, the house is a five-minute walk to the beach (isn’t that why you’re considering booking?). We headed there daily for lunch breaks or sunsets. Some days I walked back and forth multiple times. The beach is stunning, full of white sand and plenty of space to spread out. Near the beach, there’s also a glorious running/walking/bike trail, paved in both directions and full of friendly people. You can take it for at least two miles in either direction. The house is on a street that’s extraordinarily quiet, with just nine other houses or so. The neighbors are friendly. A few other houses are rentals but it seemed like most of the others are owner-occupied. A short drive away is practically any store you could ever want — grocery stores, outlets, beach stores, big box stores, fish markets, restaurants, etc. Even better, there are ample state and national parks all within an hour’s drive. We visited Naval Live Oaks Nature Preserve, Gulf Islands National Seashore, Navarre Beach Marine Park, Henderson Beach State Park (all to the west) and Point Washington State Forest to the east. Extra Details: Isidro has thought of every detail about this rental. Here's a quick recap: smart TVs, FAST Internet, charging ports everywhere, well-stocked kitchen, doggie door, brand new washer/dryer, two bikes and helmets, beach chairs. We have zero complaints. Our only regret is not staying longer!

Miramar Beach is a great beach community right in between the two most popular shopping areas of Destin! Silver Sands is a mile east, Destin Commons is 2.5 miles west. We can walk to CVS, the Coffee House, the Beach, Scenic Highway walking/boardwalk trail, Pompano Joe's, and The Whale's Tail. It was also important for us to have a safe place for kids and dogs to play outside without automobile traffic. We love our cove!
