Cabin has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and spacious closets, TV, and telephone. 2 full bathrooms with large vanity area and walk-in shower. Linens included. Stackable washer & dryer. Full kitchen with modern appliances (stove/oven range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) and dining area to seat 6. Sitting area adjacent to kitchen has large screen TV, fireplace, queen size foldout couch, and recliner. Free WiFi. Large back deck overlooks the Kootenai River with mountain views. Picnic table. 4 bicycles available for use in appropriate weather.

Wonderful stay! A few glitches occurred, but the owner (extremely friendly and caring) was very quick to get the items corrected and ensured that the stay would be as best as it could be. Fantastic location, literally being adjacent to the river was so peaceful and relaxing. The trains going by added to this relaxing atmosphere. Lots of wildlife too.

Our stay was great, only we had to cut it short by one day! Loved being close to the river, loved the train!!! The cabin was great, clean, very comfortable! Had an issue getting tv, but we weren’t there to watch tv!!saw turkey, deer, bighorn sheep!! Would love to come back next year!!

It was great. The only complaints were it smelled very strongly of varnish and the door was difficult to get open. Very clean and well stocked. Tv in living room was streaming only. Wish there had been local channels. Got to see deer and big horn sheep.

Great stay

This place was incredible! So clean (with no gross air fresheners or over-the-top fabric softeners). The view was spectacular, great location, and easy to access. Excited to come back next year.

What a special location and great hosts! Was an easy drive to Libby for supplies and Randy was so helpful with tips on good restaurants and places to see. Wonderful beds. Just perfect!

Hidden Gem!

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean property right on the Kootenai River! Surrounded be wildlife throughout the trip, it was amazing. Very close to an endless trail along the river for daily hikes. Close to town for groceries too. The hosts were so kind - highly recommend!!

Wonderful Property

This is an amazing place; right on the river. The Cabin is very clean, well furnished, and decorated. The owners take excellent care of this property and are available if you need anything. Wonderful stay and experience thanks to this property.

River Road Stay

Was a nice cozy cabin with excellent views on the river. Weren’t their during much of the daylight as doing the tourist thing visiting local attractions. Recommend touring the Libby Dam but there a lot of stairs and walking. Ross Creek Cedars are another pleasant outing.

away in the woods

the cabin was great, we had lots of things to do during the day but it was nice to come back and have a warm dry place to sleep and clean up. would definitly go back again to this same place. people were great to work with.

We have family that settled in this area 2 generations ago. We enjoy the distinct seasons and the variety of activities that these seasons offer.

Cabin is located on the banks of the Kootenai River where you can sit on the back deck watching and listening to the river flow as well as being able to look around to mountain views. We are especially blessed to have varied wildlife frequent the property ( big horn sheep, white tail deer, turkeys, pheasants, and bald eagles.)
