Everything was excellent. Fully equipped kitchen, we loved the heated pool. Everyone had an area to get away and read a book in private.

Amazing vacations with my family. This house is very clean, spacious, the swimming pool are very clean and comfortable. Also is near to the beach and there are many restaurants to eat and Mercato Place ( we love that place). Rena, the owner of the house, responds very quickly and is super friendly. If I were to spend another vacation in Naples, I would return to this property 100% for sure. I recommend this property!!

Welcome retreat!

This house had plenty of space for our family 5; tv time, chillin time, etc. The heated pool kept our family busy for ours and the spacious rooms allowed for easy down-time. Conveniently located near the airport, shopping, activities, and amazing restaurants, we would easily stay here again.

Terrific stay!

Everything was great. The one item that would make it perfect would be cable tv. Otherwise, outstanding — from pool to big bedrooms and bathrooms to modern kitchen. Loved our week.

Perfect vacation house

We had a great stay. We enjoyed having our own heated pool. We had all beach items we needed in their garage and the state park is not crowded, beautiful white sand and clear water, and only a 3 min drive. A state park pass came with the house. I would definitely stay here again. House was also clean and comfortable.

Naples House

The property is nice it was well equipt for all our needs and the heated pool was very nice. The owners were quick to address our needs. It was a bit further from the beach than I had thought it would be but we had our bikes and Vanderbilt beach was amazing!

Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and very close to the beach with a beach pass and beach chairs. Internet needs faster speed and more variety of channels. But overall a great place.

Great stay in a lovely home!

We had a lovely few days staying at the property. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We felt very comfortable in the house. The pool and back area were great; the kids loved the pool and it was a lovely place to relax or spend the day. Tons of great light all day and nice landscaping. The care the owner put into the house could be felt throughout; it was not just cheap furniture with inexpensive linens or junky kitchen supplies. Everything made us feel like we were staying in a warm and welcoming home. I would definitely stay here again!

Great layout and space

Mile2Beach was a good vacation rental. Communication was great. I got a call right away about needing to turn on the heat because of some unusually cool weather rolling in and some tv questions. Some of the kitchen plates, utensils, cutting boards not cleaned well so we had to rerun some things but overall a great space and we would stay here again.

Great Location

Enjoyed the pool, but the patio furniture needs updating. Provided feedback to management on areas requiring a good cleaning (ie pool furniture, kitchen, 2nd bath) with pictures to show specifics before next guests arrive. No response received or acknowledgement of the message. Overall, this is a great location for restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Disappointing - not quite premium property (I’d give it a 5 out of 10)

Although my friends and I enjoyed our vacation, our time together and activities we endeavored, the property was a bit disappointing. I am unsure what categories a property as ‘premium’, perhaps previous reviewed or something else, but this property was not to the standard of other premium properties that I have stayed at in the past. Generally speaking, the property and contents are a bit ‘tired’ and a refresh is definitely needed. Examples include:1.bath towels were abysmal: old, tattered, worn and mismatched2. Water/ice off for frig for ‘water/drip safety reasons’ ????3. Mattresses really soft… leaving us with morning backaches4. Inadequate supplies of paper products (staples like toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, napkins)5. Missing smoke detector in one of the bedrooms (dangling and open vesicle)6. Appliances are tired/old (missing ancillary pieces and/or chipped/rusted)7. Only one wine glass; not great glassware all-in-all8. Superficially clean… but needs a real good deep cleaningOverall, Unit needs a refresh. Not trying to be too harsh, but this is a sum of our feedback. On the upside, the location to Naples and public Pickleball Courts was ideal.

We encourage all guests to report any concerns during their stay so we can address them promptly, and these issues were not communicated during your 4-day visit. The photos of the property accurately reflect its decor, and we do not typically replace appliances for each individual stay. We provide a starter pack of paper products, with the understanding that guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed. Mattress comfort is subjective and can vary based on personal preference. Based on your feedback, it seems that finding accommodations that fully meet your expectations may prove challenging in the future.

Family vacation

The stay was very nice. Pool and house were great. Only negative were the beds. They were very hard and uncomfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. Not to far from the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. It would be a great place/stay For adults but activities for Kids were a good distance away
