Take pathways through the open garden that leads to the oceanfront pavilion and long pleasurable strolls on the beach of Keawakapu. This unit has nicely renovated kitchen and bathrooms. There is a relaxing king bed in the master, and two twin beds in second bedroom. Plus a bonus queen sofa sleeper in the living room. New AC units in both bedrooms to ensure a restful night. For your outdoor pleasure there are three separate lanai's. Equipped with complimentary high speed internet + WIFI. BBQ's are located throughout the property. Come experience a stay in the unit where you will enjoy captivating sunsets.

The location and size of this unit is wonderful, we will be back! A few updates would be very nice. New bedding would feel fresh. Also the carpet could use a good cleaning. All the beach stuff was much appreciated as well as lots of towels and kitchen supplies. We had a great visit!

Great Place!

Ekahi Village is our favorite place on Maui. Such an amazing property and had a great stay in this unit.

Wonderful condo and property

Fantastic location for our family of four. Condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: kitchen gear, beach towels, even beach equipment like coolers, chairs, pool noodles.

Great spot for a family vacation!

My family unit was of 4 loved our 9 days in the condo. The beach and pool were AMAZING and there were several days where we didn't even leave the property. The walk down to the beach from this particular unit is a little long for shlepping all your gear, but we still did it a few times a day.

The condo exceeded all our expectations, well stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Beautiful location with distant ocean views, three lanais and grounds manicured to perfection. Many pools to choose from and a direct access to the beach. We will definitely be back.

A great location that needed a little attention

My family and I had an enjoyable stay, but it got off to a slightly rough start, as the cleanliness of the unit was a not up to par when we first moved in. Wendi and her colleague Nathan were quick to get cleaners in, deal with some additional maintenance issues (broken toilet, etc), and loan us some beach gear to replace broken items. The rest of our visit went smoothly. The unit itself is a little dated and showing its age, but the location is amazing, and the Wailea Ekahi amenities are great. We had a lovely family holiday, and look forward to our next visit to Wailea.

Filthy

The condo’s location was perfect. The layout and space worked well for my family of 4. However, we were put off by how filthy the condo was when we arrived. There wasn’t a surface, wall, cupboard, drape or piece of carpet that was clean. The property manager offered to send in cleaners while we were there, but we didn’t want to be inconvenienced by either having to leave or being awkward by being there when a cleaning company came through.

Nice property, needs some TLc

The resort is beautiful. The floor plan and furnishings of this unit are quite nice. The kitchen has a bar sink fixture, which makes it difficult to do dishes. The pots pans and China or a mishmash of miscellaneous China and pots and pans. They got the job done though. The garbage disposal was loose in the sink and needs to be fixed. Linens and towels are tired but functional. Bring your own laundry soap, paper towels, and dishwashing supplies. with relatively minor improvements, This unit would be a definite keeper.

Reviewer Comments: This unit is spacious, clean and well appointed with lots of light and three balconies overlooking a gulch lush with flowering shrubs and trees and a view to the ocean. The furniture is comfortable and will seat a number of people but does not feel crowded. The kitchen has all the utensils to cook a complete meal or use one of the many grills on the property. The bedroom/bath areas are private with ample space in the closets for personal belongings. Ekahi is a beautiful property with lots of green space. There are several swimming pools on the property, one of which is near this unit. A short hike through the grounds takes you to the beach and a beach walk along the hotels.

Getaway

Perfect location next to our favorite snorkeling beach, Ulua. Ekahi Village has great amenities, plenty of grills, pools fun Pavilion right on the beach and Pickleball court Unit was nicely equipped with beach chairs, umbrella etc. The kitchen was also well equipped, however we were only given one pod for the dishwasher. Seems unreasonable to expect guests to have to buy both detergent and dishwasher soap when you're asking guests to also start a wash of towels. Slight view of the Ocean from the Lanai. Disappointed that the AC and fans weren't on in anticipation of our afternoon arrival. The Unit was unbearably hot. After turning on the AC in the bedrooms and the fans and dropping off our luggage we had to leave for a few hours to let the unit become livable. Over all we enjoyed our Getaway in Maui.

Beautiful Week in Wailea

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We feel so lucky that we were able to vacation in Wailea August 13-18, 2023. We booked in February, so called Kumulani three days after the Lahaina fires to ask about our plans. They picked up on the first ring, and were so reassuring, that Kihei and Wailea were untouched, and that our accommodations were ready for us to arrive. I'm so glad we booked with a local small business, and I worry for all the tourism-serving small businesses on Maui, as travelers were instructed to alter their plans. South Maui is open and gorgeous. The condo was great for our family, with all amenities, and lovely quiet location. From here, we loved the Wailea beach walk, snorkeling at Ahihi reserve, boogie boarding at the beach right in front of the complex, swimming in the pools, ziplining at Jungle Maui Zipline, visiting Iao. Had great experience with Kihei small businesses: Kumulani Realty, Auntie Snorkel, Gus' Bus shaved ice, Kinaole Grill Food Truck, all so welcoming.

Nice Place But Be Aware of Air Conditioning

Have stayed at various properties at Ekahi Village over the years. This was a very nice and clean unit. The Management company was very responsive to our needs and questions. Very quiet unit despite being near the street. Pool is right outside of the unit. I would only caution about the air conditioning. While the units in the bedrooms are noted to be new, they are the kind that you would find in many older hotels. The units are very loud, especially if your a lighter sleeper, as they cycle on/off throughout the night. They are not quiet like some other units. There are ceiling fans throughout the unit to help. There is not however, any air conditioning in the living room/kitchen area. It does get very warm in this area. It can also be very troublesome if you plan to use the sleeper sofa for any people in your party. They may have trouble sleeping due to the warmth. The unit came well stocked with kitchen ware , beach towels, regular towels and beach chairs. Can eat on the Lanai and see the ocean and watch the sunset if you choose. So if air conditioning is not a concern, this is a great unit.

Great family reunion.

We had a total of 15 family members staying on this property, in 5 different units. All were clean, the grounds well maintained and we loved the location. I must say, our unit was the most "dated" in terms of furnishings. Again, everything was nice and clean, just some updates would bring it into the 2020's instead of the 1990's I would stay here again.

Paradise Vacation

My family and I throughly enjoyed this condo. Our flight landed early and the condo was ready so we were allowed to check in early. This was great especially after a long flight! The layout was spacious and comfortably fit all five of us. We enjoyed the views from the balconies every morning with our coffee. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation incredible.

Wonderful location

This is our second time staying in the village. We love it there. Convenient close to everything and the grounds are kept meticulous. The 2 bedroom was really nice and very comfortable.

Great time - convenient location

This property was just as advertised. Casual and comfortable inside - with laundry, dishwasher, etc. all in good working order. There were a few ants but not too big of a deal. A little bit of a walk to the beach - easy for my adult family. Lots of good restaurants, beaches and shopping nearby. Great take off point for sightseeing and water activities.

BUGS!

We stayed in unit 46F in Wailea Ekahi condos. I have stayed here before with my family (2018). This year my family also rented two other condos on this property. My mothers and my sisters condos were clean and had central air conditioning. Our unit was infested with small, ant-like bugs in the kitchen and bathrooms. They were EVERYWHERE and impossible to get rid of. It was a challenge preparing food in the kitchen. Also, this unit does not have central air conditioning, but rather NOISY units in each bedroom. In the afternoon and evening, the central living area were stifling warm and it was uncomfortable to hang out together. We wound up going to the other units in the evening and tolerated the loud AC units in our bedrooms as we tried to sleep. Finally, our last day I looked Under the beds in each room to make sure no one accidentally left anything behind. I was appalled at the amount of dirt and TRASH located under the twin beds. It was really gross. The property itself it clean and beautiful, but do not stay in 46F if you value cleanliness, a big-free environment, and air conditioning.
