Other Things to Note:
► Please remember that you’re staying in a house and NOT in a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and keep it clean before you leave. If any problems come up, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
► The hot tub is scheduled to be serviced every Monday. On occasion the tub has to be drained and refilled at servicing, rendering it unable to be used that night. We do our best to keep the tub clean AND make sure it's ready to be used. However when we have to choose - we're going to make sure it's cleaned.

♦♦♦ If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges amounting to $150 USD and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

• All Guests must provide their own travelers insurance for the duration of their stay
• Guests under the age of 26 may be assessed an underage rental fee.
• If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
• Item Replacement Policy: In the unlikely event during your stay an inventoried item becomes lost, stolen, broken, or damaged in any fashion, you will be assessed:
» the replacement cost of the actual item(s), including tax
» a $50 restocking fee for the item(s)
» $25/hr for the hour(s) spent obtaining & replacing the item(s)
