Playa Lido Unit 1 is a 1bedroom with queen size bed, living room with queen size sleep-sofa, full kitchen, WiFi and flat-screen TV.
Great location, we are steps away from Lido Beach, few minute walk from St.Armands circle, a short drive to downtown Sarasota, and Marina Jacks.
The Sarasota Bayrunner Trolley, is free and easy which loops through Lido Key, St. Armands circle, and Downtown sarasota. Nearby are great restaurants, cafes, exclusive boutiques, quiet side roads for jogging, cycling, or walking.
We happily provide some basic amenities to help you pack light:
Fresh linens- including bedding, blankets, and towels. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided to get you started. Basic cleaning supplies -dish soap and kitchen towels. Beach accessories: 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella.
Parking space: each unit is provided TWO parking spaces.
We have an outdoor common area, which is shared with all other units. It has a Gazebo, with a charcoal grill, outdoor seating, and outdoor hot showers.
Laundry units are on site.
Check_ In instructions:
a lockbox code will be provide by text message prior your arrival.

Yearly Lido Beach Getaway

Playalido was a perfect place for our visit. It was very clean and the location was perfect for both the beach and a stroll down to St. Armands Circle.

Wonderful

We began with sleep issues and a hot water problem which Hostess immediately resolve by moving us to a different unit on grounds. Quiet, safe, neighborhood only a short walk to beach. Plenty to do and see. Very nice outdoors yard with outdoor kitchen. We love Lido Key and would surely rebook with Playalido!

Great location

This was in a great neighborhood and just walking distance across the street to the beach. The unit was a cute set up for a couple. However the bath towels were old and 2 of them smelled like they dried a dog. There were not enough places to hang towels/clothes in the bathroom and no trash can in there. There was only one dish drying towel and no dish cloths, dish drying mat or drainer. The only thing provided to wash the dishes was a stinky sponge. There was no hot water in the kitchen, when you put the faucet to hot water, it barely trickled out. Hopefully the owners will care enough to take care of these minor issues for the next renters because it was a great location. Nice to be next to the Lido Beach resort where you can get something to eat and drink, listen to live music and rent their beach chairs and umbrellas even if you aren't staying there. Also next to the Ted Sperling Park for kayaking.

Lido Key Getaway.

Convenient location. Cute place, just a walk to the beach. Loved having a kitchen. We found so much to do in the area. Highly recommend. If you plan to spend time at the beach I suggest bringing a cooler with wheels, there isn't one at the house. We traveled with ours. Enjoy!

Amazing...and great bed

We surprised my parents with a stay here in honor of my dad's retirement of over 40 years in social work. Everyday they checked in with us and told us what a great location this was and how beautiful the decorals. My dad emphasized that the bed was extremely comfortable and leaving at the end of the week was very difficult because of this reason lol. There have been updates since the posting and my parents said it was beautifully done. Based on their stay, I would highly recommend this. They also said that the host was extremely kind and welcoming and also acknowledged his retirement which I thought was very special. Super thumbs up ❤️👍

Great Place!

We had previously stayed in properties on this street and in close proximity. This was a great place for the two of us in proximity to the Beach, St. Armand's Circle, and easy access to other attractions in the area. I would stay here again without hesitation. Communications with the manager/owner rep. were prompt and clear.

Unite 1 Rental

There was an issue with getting the code upon arrival, but after contacting the property manager, she took care of it right away and we were in the property shortly after check in. The bathroom door did not close - issue with the door knob. We stayed in Unit 1, very small porch - no chairs. All the chairs were on the other side of the home, we would have liked to have something in the front to sit on for sunrise coffee. All minor things you can live with, but they should be addressed for future renters.

Summer Stay

A great stay for a couple. Beach is a walk down the street. St Armand’s downtown is a couple minute drive away. Will be staying here again next summer.

Great Place for a couple/ very convenient to everything

Cute little place. Very convenient to beach. manager very responsive and Debbie (our contact) was on the spot with our questions and solutions. Very well stocked and laid out. A good bit of room in open area. Shower door ( as stated in other reviews is an issue). I brought a door stop to hold door just in shower area. But you could use a washrag to keep most water in shower area. A very great stay and staff to work with !!! We definitely would use again ! ( it was quiet with the other guests we had ) Very pleased with our choice !

We had the most amazing time staying here! It’s close to everything! It’s a cute little place tucked away on a quiet street. Even with 3 units in the building we rarely heard our neighbors the entire time and it still felt very private. The area is safe and welcoming. The beach is maybe a minutes walk. St. Armand’s circle is less than a mile, with so many great shops and restaurants. Sarasota is just over the bridge. Eleanora was an amazing hostess! She was very quick to respond and extremely accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Nice little apartment close to Lido Beach and a St Armands circle

This apartment fit our needs for a quick, long weekend in Sarasota. Eleonora was a great host. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunches and spent most of the time out exploring. There is a park nearby that rents kayaks, ebikes make getting around easy. A 5-10 min walk to the public beach. Great spot.

Great location.

The location of the property couldn't be beat for access to the beach and St. Armand's Circle. However, I would suggest some kind of instruction booklet on how to work the TV and what is required for check out. Also, it would be better if the shower door was fixed so the bathroom floor didn't get wet after every shower.
