Beautiful house right in the beach. You’re close enough to see the surf and sand, but not too close to hear the folks on the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and enjoyable

Property was nice. Location was nice. It was a lot of fun to watch the beachgoers come and go. The only problem we had was the front door door handle. It was loose and didn’t wanna lock and the door stay shut. Other than that. It was nice could’ve used the lift, but it was nice.

This beautiful house is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Everything inside the house is super nice and well-maintained. The recent exterior paint job looks amazing, making the house even more charming.One of our favorite features is the convenient shower below for washing off sandy feet before heading upstairs—such a thoughtful touch! Whether you're lounging indoors or enjoying the beach, this house has it all. We highly recommend it for a memorable stay! Beautiful view of the ocean. Thank you Surf and Sand

Loved Our Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After our hours on the beach, we enjoyed sitting on the deck to watch the night action. The Sheriff’s Department was visible and active in safety on the beach. The proper was as described and very clean. Cobb Realty was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this rental to a friend and would rent it again. The restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping was close to the rental. We did rent a cart because the beach was very crowded so we had to go further for a spot to set up our cabana and chairs. The cart rental place delivered and picked up our cart. Very convenient. We had a wonderful stay!

4th of July FUN!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've rented this cabin through Cobb many times over the last several years and, as usual, we had a great time! Cobb is great to deal with and the house is in a perfect location and has everything we need. We had zero issues while there although it was the week before the hurricane hit; we left Sunday afternoon and Monday it was a totally different story. The weather the week we were there was great! The beach was busy but not packed. Fantastic house and fantastic company to deal with....win-win!!

This rental happened to be just across the street from our old rental. We booked it and enjoyed the house. It checked off all of our vacation needs and accommodated all of our guest with plenty of room . We will rent again for a yearly vacation trip to Crystal Beach.

It is well furnished, perfect location and sitting on the deck and being almost on the beach is amazing. Yes are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with most everything needed, washer and dryer make it nice so you don't have to pack so many clothes for a weeks stay.

The house itself is a great floor plan, room sizes are good and the mattresses are the best of any house we've rented to date by far!!!! House needs a bit of maintenance (exterior paint mainly) and a picnic table downstairs would be nice but all in all it definitely is a cabin I'd want to rent again......and look forward to it too! Once again Cobb was easy and professional, always a pleasure to do business with you. The linens and towels were more than adequate as well. I'd definitely give Surf and Sand 5 Stars!!!!!!

Plenty roomy and gorgeous to boot. The kitchen was well stock with dishes, utensils and all sorts of gadgets to fit your needs.I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to enjoy the beach in comfort. All aces in my opinion!!

Great Holiday Get-Away!

Plenty of room for all of us, two refrigerators to keep plenty of food, very clean, and the ocean view is amazing! Our first night the stove top went out. Cobb sent a repairmen at 7 pm on Dec 23 and it was fixed within 2 hours of our call! We rented a golf cart for the week and had lots of fun driving up & down the beach! You will love staying at Surf and Sand!!
