This is a wonderful condo with a beautiful pool and many other amenities. It's also not far from the Prineville shopping plaza and it's grocery store, shops and restaurants. Hanalei and its beautiful beaches are also not far. Jeff is a great commercator, if something comes up. Can't recommend staying here highly enough!

We spent 10 days in Hawaii with our family of 5 but our favorite part was the 3/4 days that we spent in Princeville. Thank you for allowing us to experience Princeville at this beautiful property!

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and overall the space was clean and beautiful! The pool was so nice. We walked to the clif every day and enjoyed the beautiful views. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was our first time traveling to Kauai and we had a fantastic trip. We were able to use this fully equipped spot as our 'basecamp' for day trips all over the northern part of the island—whether it was to the beaches, Hanalei, Kilauea, or even Wailua. It had everything we needed. We used the kitchen for breakfast and to prepare picnic lunches. The location is super close to Princeville center as well so the local grocery store, as well as a shave ice spot. We took advantage of The Cliffs facilities as well. It is very family-friendly overall. Definitely recommend taking Mary's Lei making class if she is offering while there. Finally, our host was super helpful and responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend this spot!

The condo was great and exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and the complex had a beautidul pool and plenty of things to do. We had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of extras that made for an excellent holiday. The owner let us check in early and leave late which we really appreciated. The pool, recreation area, and grounds are lovely as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful location. Highly recommend.

Second time back to this fun spot in Kauai. The kids love the pool and we really enjoyed the sunset on the cliffs.

I do not wish to be redundant so I concur with all other positive reviews about the property. Even our teenager was amazed by how clean the windows were (and everything else). We felt absolutely safe in and around the property and were leaving the bedroom door half-open at night to cool down and get fresh air. But the roosters woke us up at 3, 4, 5 am and that was a major inconvenience. The host is Premier.

We loved everything about the property and the only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that we could hear everything that was happening upstairs and they literally hardly slept. They would get up in the middle of the night and start making all kinds of weird tapping sounds and walking all o er. They got yo at 5am every morning and walked constantly back and forth across the unit. We even bring noise machines when we travel and could hear absolutely everything. We finally had 2 nights of peace after they left.

Beautiful stay

I have been to Hawaii multiple time, but this stay is the prettiest! The resort is friendly with sports activities and scenic pool area. The bedroom is spacious and backyard view is beautiful

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Cliffs! Jeff was a fabulous host - so prompt to answer questions and offering excellent recommendations. The condo and facilities had everything needed for an amazing vacation. Great location. Highly recommend and we hope to return :)

We love the Cliffs at Princeville and booked this a few weeks before our trip so it was one of the few units left available. We weren’t sure what to expect but it was spacious, clean and quiet (except for the chickens, which we love!). We thought being near the parking lot and road might be loud but the foliage provides privacy and the road is a dead end so there was no traffic. The furniture and bedding will need to be replaced soon as it is very old but it in no way impeded our enjoyment there. The unit is well stocked with everything you want for a nice holiday. The Cliffs is a gorgeous property with many wonderful amenities. We would stay there again and would recommend this unit.

Venturing off the property, you are within walking distance to world famous beaches and Princeville Makai Golf Club at Princeville Resort, a Robert Trent Jones Jr. design (named to the list of America’s “Top 5 Great Golf Settings” in the world by National Geographic Traveler).
