Large 1 bedroom / 2 full bath ground-floor condo
in Princeville, on Kauai's North Shore at The Cliffs Resort. No need to worry about struggling up stairs with your bags to get to this easily accessible condo. Check out our:
1. Queen sized sleeper sofa in living room.
2. Blueray DVD and cable TV
3. Super comfortable Cal. King bed in master bedroom.
4. Master bathroom.
5. In unit washer/dryer
6. Fully equipped kitchen w/ microwave, coffee maker, blender, (no spices though)

Our stay at the Cliffs was quite the experience; we arrived the day before Hurricane Lowell. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to arrive a day early due to the storm. The staff at the Cliffs was great at keeping the guests up-to-date after the storm with power, road, and airport updates. Our condo was great and the view was amazing. We plan to return again and (fingers crossed) enjoy the spot with electricity!

Our stay was very wonderful and the view was spectacular. We stayed at building 9 facing the ocean side. The place was very clean with all the essentials from home. The washer and dryer was very helpful especially traveling with kids. The check in and check out was great. Host Catherine was very helpful and great. I recommend her place and would definitely come back.

Nice condo with amazing ocean views, very well equipped. Great communication with the host. Furniture and deco is on the older side but in good condition, just like the pictures. Will definitely recommend and come back!

Love The Cliffs, and this space was awesome.Not as updated furnishing-wise, as some of the other units we've stayed in, but felt more like home.Had everything we needed- the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, the bed was comfy, and it was nice to be in a ground floor unit- made getting out to cliffs a bit easier.We were greeted by a late in the whale breaching when we went to check out the view...Would def stay here again!

It’s absolutely worth every penny! The views and the neighborhood are fantastic. The only upgrade I’d suggest is the towers, which are starting to feel a bit dated. Otherwise, everything is great!

We’ve stayed in other units on the property but none have compared with this view! As a family of four with growing kids, this unit seemed slightly bigger than others we’ve been in and the extra wiggle room made a difference on the couple of heavily rainy days we had.

Absolutely amazing stay. Host was really responsive and great to talk too. The unit was extremely clean and and very comfortable. Looking forward to come back soon one day. I would recommend this stay to anyone that wants a great view and a great location!

The condo was beautiful, spacious and so comfortable. It was great to sit on a comfy couch and enjoy the view. The covered lanai was a beautiful place to eat and hang out with the chickens. Our host checked in on us and was quick to communicate. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the comfy big bed, the kitchen and living room views, the pool, the lush landscape, the beautiful bluff right out of our patio. Most importantly, the condo hosts' quick response and kind communication.

Since our purchase date, The Cliffs has transformed into one of the premier resorts on the North Side. The stunning pools, friendly staff and long list of on site activities provide lots of options when you just don't want to leave the resort. World class beaches are a short drive away. There is so much to do on site that you don't have to leave to have a wonderful day. The Cliffs is equipped with things to do for adults and kids of all ages, such as a putting green, shuffle board, tennis courts, garden walks, basketball and a playground. Sport equipment is provided at no charge at front desk. People come from all over to watch the whales in the winter and everyday to see the stunning evening sunset. Shh... it's right outside our back door... come see!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

So many activities just to do at the resort. It has two great hot tubs, one of which is connected to the pool. Great to roll out of one and into the other! The other hot tub is for adults only. On-site fitness, shuffle board, basket ball, pickle ball, tennis are all complimentary, just ask the friendly front desk staff for the equipment. The nightly sun sets are spectacular and guests at this condo have a front row view!
