AVAILABLE FOR EXTENDED WINTER STAYS, DECEMBER 1. Enjoy a Farm Stay in the Carriage House at Territorial Farm Stay and Stable. Plan a get away with a cozy stay in horse and wine country. Great for families or friends. Well behaved pets welcome. Big securely fenced private yard. Enjoy local foods included for a self preparation breakfast. Visit over a dozen nearby wineries. Experience our farm and horses surrounded by an outdoor recreational paradise in the South Willamette Valley of Oregon.

Our focus is providing "Farm Stays" for an enjoyable country living experience
Enjoy being up close and personal with our horses by adding on a "Horsin' Around Experience" or set up a private riding lesson. Great for both adults and children. Special pricing applies. And, we are an easy drive to Eugene and the University of Oregon Ducks or Corvallis and the Oregon State Beavers.

Stretch your legs after your journey with a walk in the pasture, pet the horses, and experience farm life in Oregon. We can give you an orientation to Oregon wine and personally introduce you to many of our wonderful local wineries. And we can share lots of information about the local area's arts, culture, farmer's markets, and of course lots of college sports.

Cute place, lots of extra amenities, shower is not for elders but a great claw foot tub. Drive way is difficult to negotiate, heavy push gate.

We absolutely fell in love with the JC Cozy Farm Cottage! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for in a couples’ getaway. The cottage itself has been thoughtfully updated, was spotlessly clean, and felt incredibly cozy.We brought our two dogs, who were admittedly a bit more unruly than we’d hoped, but Mary couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating. Her hospitality truly made us feel welcome.If you’re looking for a relaxing escape with a charming place to stay and a wonderful host, we can’t recommend this cottage enough. We’d happily stay here again!

Peaceful & Charming

The cottage was well appointed, very comfortable and charming. Mary was an excellent host, available and responsive to any questions or requests. The location is excellent for a wine country stay, or a visit to Eugene if you don't mind a bit of a drive.

Mary was great to work with. We had a family emergency and traveled with an extra dog. She had no problems with us changing reservations last minute. She also let us park our utility trailer in her gated area. She had no issues with us and out changing plans. We loved the country setting and seeing the horses. If we come back to this area, this is our first choice. The house was clean and very pet friendly.

It was a perfect place to stay and central to everything I needed. It was greatly appreciated how clean it was and to have access to a space to air my dog. Mary was so accommodating working with my schedule, so kind, and had excellent communication. Highly recommend!

A pleasant stay

Mary was friendly and welcoming. The antics of the animals were entertaining; the smells of barn and hay were a pleasure. The quarters were a bit cramped, but all amenities were available. I would consider staying again in the future.

Trailer was clean, had everything I needed and the company on the property was terrific

I totally enjoyed my five night stay here. The trailer was clean and pretty much exactly as advertised. Mary was fun to chat with and I got to visit with many of her guests and her helpers during my morning coffee time spent outside watching the horses travel one by one from the barn out to the pasture. Great fun...Thanks.

Territorial Farm Stay is in the heart of horse and wine country in the beautiful South Willamette Valley of Oregon. We are surrounded by small farms and more than 10 wineries are within 15 minutes of our farm. We are a long-established equestrian property with family horses, boarding, lessons, and therapy activities. We are mid-way between two College towns, Eugene to the south, with the University of Oregon and Corvallis to the north, with Oregon State University, both offering great sports, culture, dining, shopping, and a great craft wine, beer, cider, and distillery scene. Near by Junction City is farming country town with many services and amenities and friendly people throughout the community and nearby farms. We are less than 20 minutes from the Eugene airport, a great small airport hub and about two hours south of Portland.

The Carriage House at Territorial Farm Stay is a cozy cottage with a huge, pet friendly yard. It is a private space on our small farm, yet the near the action of our equestrian facility with our horse barn, riding arenas, and pasture. There are opportunities for adding on a private riding lesson or Horsin' Around Experience to your stay. We are minutes from 10 wineries and many more within a half hour drive, all offering delicious Oregon Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris and other varietals.
