Room was very clean, great location, cozy just as it stated on the listing. We would definitely stay at this place next time we are in Eugene. Cathy was a great host and very knowledgeable of the area, we went to every point of interest she recommended and we had a great time in Eugene.

Very convenient, safe, clean and well accommodated. Had a small fenced in area and was nice and private. Our doggo liked it also. Thanks for the Fiji water too, nice touch. We’ll be back for another concert.

The place is small, clean and safe in a small fenced in area. It was a nice stay and our doggo felt safe as well. Thanks for the Fiji water too, my favorite. There is even a small fridge, microwave and small coffee bar.It checked all the boxes. Was a great stay to come and enjoy a concert. Thanks, we’ll be back.

Small cozy place with a fun chalkboard wall. Nice bathroom. Quiet, nice neighborhood.A small hiccup with access that the host quickly amended.

My only criticism would be the fact that I had to literally ask for the temperature in the room to be adjusted. I was not pleased after I had already explained why I needed the temperature lowered, we came back to the room and it was so hot we had to open the window to cool it down a bit while I messaged Cathy to lower the temperature again. But she did say we were allowed to use the fan, so that's something...I would not recommend staying here unless you were there to watch a Duck game and go home the next day.

It was just a stop over on our way thru to the coast and fit our needs. It’s very small and if we were larger people, it would have been uncomfortable. There was a little mini fridge, microwave and a pod-coffee maker but a real garbage can and somewhere to hang clothes would have been great additions. There are hooks on the walll in the bathroom but no where else. We were traveling on motorcycle and there was nowhere for our minimal luggage, jackets, helmets to go.

Thank you for the suggestion! We’ve tried to make the most of the space with luggage racks and a few places to hang clothing and gear, but I appreciate your perspective and will keep it in mind as we continue to make the room as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Excellent little place and exactly as advertised. In close proximity to a lot of restaurants that the owners left a little guide for. Also plenty of recommendations for hiking and getting outside. Would definitely recommend

This property was exactly as described. I just needed a place to stay while in town for a week visiting my daughter and grandchildren. I was gone during the days and came home each night to a fabulously comfortable bed, and a surprisingly large and well stocked bathroom. The place was beautifully decorated with all the amenities you might need in a small space. It was super cozy and homey. Communication with the owner, including arrival/departure instructions, was prompt and complete. I would definitely stay here again!
