An intercom/sound system pipes music throughout the home and onto the patio, for your listening pleasure.
The quaint backyard has mature trees which keep the yard cool, even on scorching summer days. The covered patio provides heat relief, as well.
Come sip a cool drink while watching the hummingbirds flit about the bushes, enjoying the Nevada sunshine while your dinner sizzles on the grill.
Every conceivable thought has been given to your comfort and pleasure.
You will find the home immaculately clean and well maintained and the very well-heeled property manager, personable and most responsive to your needs.
Come and enjoy the wonder, the comfort and luxury of a slice of desert heaven right here on earth!

Originally from the Midwest, I purchased this home as a second residence for the winter months.
Although I have enjoyed a successful career in the IT industry as both a Business Analyst and a consultant, it has been my life's ambition to one day own a quaint, upscale bed & breakfast on a tropical island where I can maintain a sizable organic garden and serve only the healthiest of fare to my guests.
This vacation rental, my 8 year old Midwest organic garden and my burgeoning catering business are my stepping stones to making that dream a reality and I thank you for the part you may play in helping me in that endeavor.

I became familiar with the Henderson area because a close relative owned a home less than a mile from my residence. I had occasion to spend time there, got familiar with the surroundings and fell in love with the people, the wealth of amenities and weather.
I love the coziness, yet entertainment-conducive layout of the floor plan. It is a single story residence which I couldn't fully appreciate until AFTER returning to my Midwest two story home!
Life, lugging groceries and entertaining are all so much easier in a one story home!
Initially I fell so in love with the home that I decided I wouldn't rent it, however, I grew to feel it would almost be a disservice to not share this gem with others in search of fun, comfort, a retreat from harsh weather or just needing a change of pace, now that I get to spend even less time in Henderson.
I want others to enjoy the splendor of Southwest living and invite you to partake of my hospitality!
