Welcome to Beyond the Green!

Where you will enjoy breathtaking views of the 4th green at Coral Canyon Golf Course. This centrally located St George Utah Vacation Rental is the ideal accommodation for the perfect vacation getaway for golfing in St George, hiking and exploring Zion National Park. You'll also enjoy the water at Sand Hollow Reservoir or your sparkling swimming pools at the clubhouse. Coral Ridge has recently added another pool for all to enjoy!

This St. George, Utah Vacation rental features 2700 sq. ft. The home has a main floor master suite with jetted tub and large separate shower as well as a 39 inch TV, Blu-ray DVD and cable. The master has a French door to access the patio with its stunning views overlooking Coral Canyon. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, high-end cabinetry and granite counter-tops with seating for 9 at the bar and table. The family room is open to the kitchen with a fireplace and 48 inch TV, Blu-ray DVD and cable. Off of the family room overlooking the 4th green are all of the things you need to enjoy an evening sunset, including lounge chairs, outdoor tables, and seating and a gas BBQ. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV, two-car oversized garage, half bath, and full capacity washer and dryer finish off the main level.

Main Level King Suite

Upstairs are three bedrooms in addition to a TV/Family room.
The first bedroom offers a king-size pillow-top with a private covered balcony and chairs to sit and enjoy the views of the pool as well as looking toward Zion National Park.

The second bedroom offers a King-size pillow-top with a French door to access a covered patio overlooking the 4th green and Coral Canyon.

The Third bedroom has a king bed

The upstairs loft area has 1 Twin and one Double size mattress with a TV and DVD player to enjoy playing games or watching a movie undisturbed.

The final room upstairs is a room with a comfortable couch and overstuffed chair with ottoman to enjoy TV and relaxation away from the main floor.

Extras! 4 comfortable portable mattresses with pillows, sheets, and blankets. There is a large assortment of games and other activities the children can do if they don't want to spend all of their time at the pool that is conveniently located less than 100 feet directly across the residential street. There is also a fishing pond across the street.

Perfect Spot

Could not have had a better time. Great location near the pool and the back patio overlooks a green on Coral Canyon golf course. Gorgeous sunsets every night. Owners were awesome and communication was quick when we had questions. Will be back!

Great spot, excellent views.

This is a great vacation rental, with a great balcony and patio that you can view the sunsets over the golf course. Plenty of room for a family, and right across from the complex’s pool.

Great Rental

House was clean, comfortable and well cared for. Had everything we needed, was a great home away from home. Beds were comfy, plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Pool was located right across from the rental making it super easy to access. Would def stay here again!

This is a really nice and well equipped home

We loved our stay in st George. We had a group of 8 and everyone was comfortable. We prepared a large meal and we had all the equipment that was required. Easy access and great gathering place.

Great location and unit

We stayed at this location for approximately 3 weeks. The unit was very nice, wonderful view of the golf course and beautiful sunsets. This location is very quiet, even though you are across from the pool at hot tub. The main bedrooms are on the backside of the unit, facing the golf course. This location has quick access to both Zion via Hurricane and to downtown St George via the freeway. The beds are comfortable which is a biggie for us. We would recommend this unit and plan to come back again.

Warm and welcoming!

This property is located in a very nice neighborhood with well maintained community pool within barefoot-walking distance from the front door. Although there is no trailer parking at the house, there is a parking lot at the entrance to the neighborhood big enough for any size trailer.

Great Location

The home was located in a central area for all the activities we planned for our vacation—an easy drive to Zion National Park and Sand Hollow state park. We hiked up Angles landing and walked The Narrows; it was a beautiful day at the park and a relaxing evening at the pool across the street from the house. We rented an Rzr from Mad Moose Rentals (a great rental company) and had one heck of an adventure; the dunes were a blast. And once again, pool and hot tub in the evening. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The sunsets from the back patio were beautiful and a great space for relaxing at the end of the day. We will be back.

Run down and dirty

Great location and plenty of room, but inside the property needs a lot of TLC. The carpet is way past it’s day, most of the furniture is either old or broken down, lighting fixtures are burnt out, and overall the place is dirty and not well kept.

Great house, beds could be replaced.

All and all property was great! We had a great Thanksgiving holiday weekend in Washington. My only comment would be the beds in two of the upstairs could stand to be replaced. Both were very lumpy and uncomfortable :(. I actually ended up sleeping on the couch one night because I couldn’t get comfortable in our room (thankfully the couches are very comfy!) Definitely not a reason to not stay at the place, or to knock off a star on the house review; but just an item to point out!

Perfect Place to Relax

We loved the property. We have stayed in other units in this development before and we love the location, the pools, and the golf course. The view from this unit is awesome. The beds were comfortable. We loved the space that it provided us. The Kitchen was well stocked. (could use a few more forks). We would rent this place again and just might reserve it for this Christmas. We love pet friendly rentals and understand that sometimes they might not see pet hair when cleaning. The only negative that I can report and just truly to let the owner or property manager know. The Rugs in the living room and master bedroom downstairs need a good cleaning/Shampooing. They are covered in dog hair. Again, not a deal breaker, just something to note. Loved this place dog hair and all and will give it 5 stars all day long! Thanks for having us

We enjoyed the location and view, after staying two months we were disappointed.

We enjoyed the location and view, but after staying two months at what we felt was premium price, we were disappointed. Following are our issues: 1. Unit needs a deep cleaning, carpets and rugs need cleaning. All artificial plants were covered in dust. Fireplace glass was dirty and had hand prints all over it. 2. Furniture in TV area was VERY uncomfortable and red recliner is terrible to sit in. The furniture is old and dirty and needs replacing. Magazines were dated 2014. 3. Kitchen is very unorganized, drawers are full of utensils, 2 and 3 of the same things. Silverware drawer didn't have any teaspoons and we used plastic. Hardly any empty cupboard space for our food. Baking ware was old and rusted. The frig leaked 3 times which we had to clean up. Had to call for a new water filter for frig. 4. Being there for two months we wanted to dust and vacuum and wipe up tile floor. Couldn't find any cleaning items except for a vacuum, which didn't work very well. We cleaned it out and washed the filter, but that didn't help much. 5. Bedrooms and baths. The king sheets on the master bed didn't fit right and would not stay on the bed properly. Shower in master bath had no water pressure, hard to get your hair rinsed! We were not supplied with enough Kleenex and toilet paper for two months. 6. The management was never in touch with us to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything. This could be a nice unit if it was cleaned properly and had updated and comfortable furniture. All things considered, we were disappointed. We feel we should be compensated somehow. We will leave that for you to determine. If we were the owner we would want to be made aware of these things. The complex was very nice, the clubhouse and pools were good. Thank you for the opportunity to tell you about these problems, some of which I suspect you were not aware of.
