Historic Estate on Gaston near Forsyth Park with Parking by Lucky Savannah

Located on beautiful, historic Gaston Street, this spectacular 5 bedroom home has been fully renovated top-to-bottom for a truly luxurious experience. The rich hardwood flooring, crown molding, and high ceilings are complemented with sophisticated-yet-comfortable furnishings, creating an inviting space for guests to relax. In true Savannah style, you’ll enter this home on the “second” floor to find an opening living and dining space, perfect for entertaining! The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a conveniently located TV you can watch while cooking or enjoying your coffee. Just off of the kitchen is a sitting room with double glass doors leading to a private back porch overlooking the courtyard.

Upstairs you’ll find three roomy, bright, and stylish bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable king bed and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. With two twin beds and a chalkboard, the second bedroom is perfect for children. The shared bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and waterfall shower head. The Primary Bedroom features a King sized, four poster bed, an en suite with a shower and tub, and an envy-worthy walk-in closet. The ground floor has a separate, outdoor entrance, and an interior staircase and entrance to the main floor. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two twin beds, and a private living space. There is also a laundry room off of the kitchen, which has double glass doors leading to the courtyard.

The house was very clean and well kept. Communication was excellent and the minor issues we had were very promptly addressed, even after normal business hours.

Beautiful home!

The house was very clean, spacious, and well-furnished! We had a great time! It was super conveniently located near Forsyth Park in one direction and a Kroger in the other. Very walkable and incredibly convenient via ride shares. Highly recommend!Only thing to note is this is a historic house, so in the summer months when it’s hot and humid outside the AC can struggle a little bit! There was a fan available, though.

Great location with in walking distance to great places! River walk is 7 minutes away with car.We enjoyed our stay quite neighborhood house was spacious enough we had kids as well they loved it!

Gaston Estate Was Perfect For Our Family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of eight thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay at the Estate on Gaston! The five bedrooms and four+ baths were a perfect fit for us, and the various seating areas & balconies just added to the experience. The home was clean and well-maintained, and located in a gorgeous, tree-lined area near Forsyth Park. Being in the Historic District allowed us to walk to most attractions. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for large families...gaurantee that you will not be disappointed!

We had such a wonderful time in Savannah and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was exactly as described! Clean, updated and spacious. The location could not have been more perfect either. We were walkable to all of the historic sites and wonderful shopping and restaurants and a few blocks from beautiful Forsyth Park, which we enjoyed walking every morning. The management staff was very communicative and responsive to our questions as well. We would definitely return and stay there again!!!

Gaston House was great for our family

The house was perfect for our family stay in Savannah. The Lucky Savannah Rentals team was great to work with and were extremely responsive during our stay. We will definitely come back again to this lovely home.

Great house for a family stay

There were five of us that stayed at the property; with plenty of space for another five. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. No complaints!

Perfect for annual “girls trip”

My friends and I have been coming to Savannah for an annual weekend away for over 30 years. This location was perfect! Three blocks to Forsyth Park, three blocks from the grocery store, and less than a mile beautiful walk to the river area. Plenty of space, charming, well maintained. No complaints!

Beautiful home, Quiet location

This historic home has been beautifully updated without compromising its historic nature. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to Forsyth Park with two off street parking places, which is unusual.

Great for a family gathering!

Great location, nice large house, nice amenities, (pillows, shower heads, shower drains underwhelming). Walkabilaty excellent, wonderful restaurants and parks. Suggest double beds instead of twins.

We had the absolute best time staying at this property. We came into town for our sons wedding and we loved everything about this house. Plenty of room for us. It’s in a great location. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend

Great house!

Great location! Very clean! Very updated! We loved this house! it was easy to walk all over the city-wonderful location on a beautiful street. Plenty of space to hang out and cook if you so desire. Bedrooms are on the lower level (basement) and upstairs. Loved this house!
