Within 45 minutes from the Twin Cites, close to both Stillwater and Hudson as well as Willow River state park. Many golf courses, ski resorts near by. Find your getaway on the east side of Bass Lake in Wisconsin. If you truly do appreciate the craftsmanship of an original log cabin experience, then this is the place for you!

We had a really nice stay! The cabin was clean and very homey. There was plenty to do, even on the rain day we had. Tons of games, retro video games, a wii, foosball table... our group had a lot of fun. The lake was really nice and we enjoyed our time on the pontoon. Reggie was great to coordinate with and was quick to answer any questions that came up.

The property worked for our group of 3 couples for a weekend stay. The view of the lake was nice and it was peaceful sitting on the deck. It's an old cabin, but kept up fairly well. There are some items that could be replace/updated, but it isn't enough to deter us from staying again in the future.Check in was fine. The host likes to do an in-person tour. However that means your

The weekend was one of the hottest weekends in the summer. It was hard to keep the cabin cool but Reggie went out of his way to accommodate us. There were many games supplied which the older grandkids loved. Renting the pontoon was a wise choice because the family used it a lot for fishing and swimming.

Girls’ weekend/ birthday weekend

We enjoyed our cozy cabin stay- we had space to spread out but also comfy living room with movies and a fireplace. It is a lovely cabin and we had a great weekend!

Cabin on Bass Lake

We had a great stay at the cabin. We started a fire each night which warmed up the house which was great for the cold temps. Enjoyed the surrounding towns and shopping experience. Would def stay again.

Weekend Get-away

We had an amazing time at the cabin! Our host met us at the property and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed fishing on Bass Lake and relaxing on the deck. It was a very enjoyable weekend!

Bass lake is close to the cities and very clean. The hand built log cabin is unique and authentic. The convenience of the location is ideal, within 45 minutes from the Twin Cities. St. Croix Valley offers many sight seeing delights, shopping and dining are abundant. This cabin is within 10-15 minutes from Stillwater and Hudson. Five major golf courses are with 10-15 minutes, and the Willow River State Park, Stillwater and Hudson are just minutes away. The Apple River, in Somerset, for tubing, and concerts is within 10 minutes. There is a grill for barbeques, and a camp fire pit for bonfires by the lake.
