Sleeping arrangements
The townhouse accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms and a loft. The primary bedroom includes a King bed, dresser, and TV. The guest bedroom offers two Double beds, and a Queen futon in the loft adds flexibility for reading or hosting an additional guest.

Living spaces
Natural light, comfortable seating, a TV with standard cable, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans support easy everyday comfort. A dedicated workspace and essentials such as bed linens, towels, a washer, and a dryer make longer stays simple.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen provides space to prepare meals at your own pace. Nearby, a dining table creates a relaxed place to gather.

Outdoor living
The screened porch opens to views of coastal greenery, while the backyard offers an open grassy area. Guests also have pool access, along with free parking for two vehicles and a private entrance.

Neighborhood
Set within Sawgrass Country Club, you can enjoy a quiet atmosphere shaped by palms and shifting marsh light. The area offers gentle coastal surroundings suited to easy, unhurried days. Pet-friendly stays are welcome.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
