Miles long, clean, beautiful sand beach just a 2 min walk or less across the street. Walking distance to restaurants, festivals & shopping. Starbucks on the same block! Use beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and more then wash off at the outdoor shower. Enjoy the vast array of games & puzzles. Easy check in and checkout with pin pad. Onsite Parking for 4 cars!

Excellent place to stay in Jax!

The moment we stepped in, we were impressed. The home was clean and smelled amazing. Her attention to detail could not go unnoticed. Such a lovely and cozy home and has everything you’d need for a family with kids. And the location!!! Just steps away from the beach and so many great restaurants and shops close by. It was remarkable.

Great location, plenty of space

Clean rental with lots of bathrooms, nice balcony and view, and great location for beaching!Has a big walk in closet we used as an infant room, with a roll-away crib provided. Host is accommodating and super quick to respond.Will stay again.

Best Beach Stay

The proximity to restaurants, the beach and entertainment is unmatched. Thr best of all was the cleanliness, functionality and thoughtful design/amenities within the home. We will definitely stay again. It was perfect for a family of 5 with a mjx of teens and elementary age children. The host was also dialed in and responded promptly to all chats and questions.

Great Place, Great Location, Great Host!

Beautiful home close to the beach, great views of the beach as well. Our host made check-in a breeze. Great location, within walking distance of several coffee shops and restaurants. The house was gorgeous with amazing decor, furniture, and soft beds. The showers worked great. Amenities were abundant. Very clean, beautiful, and CLASSY. Would recommend to anyone.

Volleyball Trip

Visiting JAX to watch my daughter play against UNF and Jacksonville U. Wonderful location and well appointed. Do NOT rent next year, same weekend, so we can rent it again :—)

Hardly any traffic made it easy to cross street to beach Very nice there was a cart to carry chairs umbrellas and beach toys that was all provided A friend came and visited us Was great there was a baby crib and clean sheets

Beautiful Place

We loved our stay so much! The place felt like home with a spa feel. Loved the farmhouse/ beach vibe. Very clean and beautiful views. Great place to reunite with our college student.

The house was perfect for my family. We had 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and a pull out sofa. The house was conveniently located with great beach access.

Great location and fantastic host!

So close to the beach we could see the ocean from several windows. The property was clean and nicely furnished- just as the photos show. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking, eating and entertaining needs. Elizabeth was a great host. Quick to respond and and provide guidance and assistance.

Beautiful house

The house has been beautifully renovated and decorated. The location is great for easy beach access with kids and walking distance to restaurants. The house is well stocked with all the amenities you would want for a family beach vacation. We would definitely stay at this house next time we visit the area.

All the amenities you could ask for handsoaps, etc top notch the beach is literally across the street upscale restaurants, and those you know are a short drives or walks and most all via bicycle. Quiet neighborhood while we were there.

Easy to come back and forth to and from the beach then shower off outside with the outdoor shower. Starbucks on the same block. Great bicycling! Great people watching!
Plus, it's Super Clean! I want to make sure the home is something I would feel safe and comfortable in and I'm very picky! : ) I'm just a short drive away and always available for my guests every need.
