Welcome to "Off The Strip Getaway" - our 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath house is only 12 miles from the Vegas Strip. Please check out our video tour.
Plenty of room to bring the whole crew, and enjoy the private backyard with a private heated sparkling saltwater pool & hot tub, a professional built-in BBQ, and our fully furnished back (and front) patios. We have a game room with foosball & air hockey. The kitchen is stocked with high end pots, pans & sharp knives for you to create memorable family meals. Enjoy meals around the 10 person dining table!

This is a two story home. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are upstairs bedroom 1 (see photos) and a full bathroom are downstairs. Please see the room details for the full description, but in total we have 3 King beds, and 3 Queen beds, so everyone will be very comfortable. We have 7 LG Smart TV's throughout the house (2 are 75 inch), the most comfortable memory foam mattresses, and luxurious soft cotton sheets. This is the home away from home that you'll never want to go home from!

Full access to the entire house except for a couple of closets that are locked for the cleaners. There is a storage shed in the back yard that has pool floaties, and noodles for guests to use.

Available via phone or text, but not on the property

Amber Ridge is a quiet residential community with plenty of law enforcement residents. It's super convenient to get to many of the local surrounding areas. There are endless sidewalks and places to walk and hike right out the front door.

Parking is allowed in the garage, in the driveway, or on the street.

This is a large home located in a residential neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to party, scroll on by and look elsewhere. If you're looking for a place to make family memories, and spend quality time with the ones you came with, this is the house for you!

We celebrated Thanksgiving with our family here! The home is beautiful! Very spacious Nicely decorated. All amenities were first class. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The host are so very nice! Immediately responded to any questions I had. Highly recommend staying here. Perfect for a big group!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, very clean, well stocked, and is the prefect layout to spend time together or find some quiet time. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great get away off the strip and hope to stay here again sometime.

The home was perfect for our family celebrating our daughter’s graduation! The beautifully appointed home was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space. Brandon & Tracy are wonderful and accommodating making check-in and check-out a breeze. Amazing family retreat!

This is, hands down, the best rental property I have ever stayed at. The hosts clearly take the time to go the extra mile to make this house feel like a home away from home. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, comfortable bed, plenty of space, fun games. We will absolutely stay here again if we are back in the area!

The description doesn't do this stay any justice. The is by far the BEST house I've ever stayed in usong this app. Cleanliness of this house is nothing short of immaculate!!!! This 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house was perfect for my family. It had everything you need and felt like a home away from home. This did not disappoint.

Great stay

Two families met up for Thanksgiving week and we had a great time at this house. It was spacious and very clean. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool! Would highly recommend.

Immaculate house in a great location

A+ experience all around. The hosts were very responsive. The house was by far the cleanest we have ever rented. The location was great, convenient to The Strip, the airport, Hoover Dam and other local attractions.

We wanted larger groups (multi-generational families, work groups, teams, etc.) to be able to come to the greater Las Vegas area, and be able to STAY TOGETHER. The private back yard and pool areas are an absolute oasis, and we hope you love the house and the outdoor living areas as much as we do!

This property is cleaner and nicer than 99% of short term rentals out there. Just read out reviews about the cleanliness. The property has very high end finishes, comfortable beds and linens, comfortable furniture, and the little things that are above & beyond to make you feel at home. If you have an EV, we have a charger in the garage that you can help yourself to at no extra charge.
