Thank you for staying at Phoenix VII 7603. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I’m glad you enjoyed the beach view, pool, and found our host helpful. I’ve flagged your reservation with our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to review the unit’s condition and update/refresh timeline. We’ll also review the keypad check‑in process and listing language to ensure check‑in windows and access expectations are clear and to see if earlier entry can be accommodated in the future. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos or additional details so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life

Thank you for staying at Phoenix VII 7603. I’m sorry the patio furniture didn’t meet expectations. I’m glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay. I’ve flagged the unit with our housekeeping and operations teams to deep-clean and, if needed, replace the patio furniture and inspect all outdoor seating. We’ll also review our unit checks to prevent this in the future. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life
