The unit is located right on the Gulf of Mexico and is convenient to shopping, dining, and all attractions. Just minutes away from the infamous FloraBama.

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful condo! It was very clean and nicely decorated! The beach view from the condo and the balcony was spectacular. Easily accessible parking, beach and pool access with four elevators with no wait time. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for larger families or groups

Minus the check-in process which took too long and having to buy a parking pass (THIS IS NOT THE OWNER"S FAULT) our stay was great. Clean, quiet and towards the end of the unit which I enjoyed. Views were great and we had what we needed. My children absolutely loved the couch

This room was perfect at the Phoenix Vl! The room was clean and had everything we needed for a 9 day stay. The owner was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had promptly. 100% recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here. The only complaint I have is there are no dressers in the 2 guest rooms to put clothes. One room has a small night stand between the 2 queen beds and a hanging closest organizer and the king room only has the hanging closet organizer. There isn’t really much room though because of the beds and I enjoyed having the sleeping space!!

Spring Break family getaway

The home was just as described, everything was clean and the setup was perfect for our needs. Great location too! We were able to see dolphins playing in the gulf one night from our balcony which was a bonus!

We stay in Orange Beach every summer, and this was our second visit for 2024. This was our first visit to this unit and we will definitely return! Everything was super clean and comfortable! The owner was very responsive and friendly.

Great Location! Nice property

Location and property was great! The door lock was broken but the host was very responsive. Could have been a little cleaner but was nice (rug had sand, toilets and sinks weren't cleaned well but not nasty). Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment! Loved the balcony!

Everything you need & more

Loved staying at Phoenix VI 503. This condo had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day. The beds were also very comfortable too but the greatest asset to us was the full size washer & dryer. With such a large group & limited beach towels we used them constantly. We always stay at Phoenix properties and have stayed at Phoenix VI before but this has been the best so far. If given the opportunity we would most definitely stay here again.
