Escape to paradise! Nestled on the 5th floor of Phoenix VI, Unit 503 is a newly remodeled, gulf front condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of America. With over 1300 square feet of living space, you'll have plenty of room to relax and unwind.

Panoramic ocean views from your private balcony where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset.

Luxurious amenities including two swimming pools including a heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and more.

The unit is located right on the Gulf of America and is convenient to shopping, dining, and all attractions. Just minutes away from the infamous FloraBama.

A fully equipped kitchen awaits you to cook up your favorite meals.

Spacious bedrooms include plenty of room for everyone. The unit includes 2 kings beds and 2 queen beds.

Beach service is provided by Ike's Beach Service (fees are separate).

The condo delivered for our family and was very much so true to the photographs. We enjoyed preparing meals at home and relaxing on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The indoor pool was a bonus as the outside pools were not heated. Easy walk to the beach. Parking was never an issue.

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful condo! It was very clean and nicely decorated! The beach view from the condo and the balcony was spectacular. Easily accessible parking, beach and pool access with four elevators with no wait time. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break family getaway

The home was just as described, everything was clean and the setup was perfect for our needs. Great location too! We were able to see dolphins playing in the gulf one night from our balcony which was a bonus!

This room was perfect at the Phoenix Vl! The room was clean and had everything we needed for a 9 day stay. The owner was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had promptly. 100% recommend!

Great place for larger families or groups

Minus the check-in process which took too long and having to buy a parking pass (THIS IS NOT THE OWNER"S FAULT) our stay was great. Clean, quiet and towards the end of the unit which I enjoyed. Views were great and we had what we needed. My children absolutely loved the couch

Beautiful condo

Such a beautiful condo with plenty of room with 3 bedrooms! We felt basically right on the beach the pool was clean plenty of chairs and the beach was gorgeous!! We had fun for our little family spring break trip, we would definitely stay again!

Excellent—will come back!

We stay in Orange Beach every summer, and this was our second visit for 2024. This was our first visit to this unit and we will definitely return! Everything was super clean and comfortable! The owner was very responsive and friendly.

Great stay

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay in Jeannie's 5th floor condo in Phoenix VI! Her place was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the updated master shower was very nice. Loved the view from the balcony and the location of both the condo and the condo complex. This was our first visit to Orange Beach and we can't wait to go back!
