We had a fun and relaxing vacay in this beautiful condo. It is close to the airport, restaurants, and stores. We spent most days enjoying the beach, pool, and time together. The kitchen was well stocked. Ken and Ellen were very responsive to all of our questions. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Vacation with older children (college age). We had been trying different locations the last few years. This place didn’t disappoint. We all loved the unit. It’s now on our short list. The host was very responsive and handled a small issue very quickly. The location was perfect if you like going back/forth from beach to pool. Unit was clean and respectfully stocked. Grocery store really close. I surprisingly liked the 2 code access to get into the unit. Highly recommend.

This beachfront condo was updated with all of the necessary amenities. The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The complex was in a great location near a variety of restaurants. The optional beach service was very convenient. The host was very accommodating and communicated in a timely manner.

We had such an amazing week. The condo was very clean, spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. But the view from the balcony was the cherry on top. Communication was so easy and when we had a question we received a reply quickly. The pool, hot tub and grill area were grest too. It was hard to leave but we will definitely rebook this condo again.

We had a fabulous stay in Indian Shores. The kitchen was as well stocked and the beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, beach towels, etc were plentiful! Owners were great to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location couldn’t be better, close to everything, yet peaceful and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of room to relax, and everything felt convenient and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo and location.A little hiccup on my part entering the condo but Ken and Ellen answered my call right away and my wonderful stay at Indian Shores began. Dolphin sightings daily and beautiful sunsets were my highlights!Thank you both for sharing your piece of paradise with me, I truly enjoyed your oceanfront condo.

Loud banging and drilling for 1 complete week of our stay forced us to leave the unit daily. Arrived at unit to find cashew nuts in living room. Living room needs better lighting.Both bathrooms need upgrades. I have booked another unit thru VRBO for next year. Some financial compensation for the construction issue would be appreciated.

I have stayed at lots of condos along Gulf Blvd (Mederia, Treasure Island, Reddington Shores, Indian Rocks, etc) and this condo was by far the nicest condo with amazing ocean views. There was so much space, beds were incredibly comfortable, the unit was up to date and VERY clean. There was everything we needed in the condo which was so nice since we flew in. We had beach chairs, beach towels, games, DVD's, loved the basket of kids books, plenty of bathroom towels, etc. Ken & Ellen were fantastic with communication. Parking spaces were just a short walk to the building.Views were amazing and you could see the most incredible sunsets here. We even got to see dolphins everyday! The balcony was huge. I personally loved the couch and spent my mornings lounging out there enjoying the sounds of the ocean. You get sun almost all day on the back which we loved (especially if you have an elderly person that wants to enjoy the sunshine but maybe can't walk well in the sand) The pool / hot tub area was wonderful, lots of beach loungers, clean and just a short walk outside the unit as well.If your looking for a beautiful condo with beautiful views do not skip this one. You will not be disappointed !!!

Great stay and location!

The property was a perfect location right on the quiet beach and was well stocked. Our family greatly appreciated all of the beach and pool toys, chairs and cooler already stocked in the condo! The check in was easy, the owners were very responsive and the guests/residents we met during our stay were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

Beautiful oceanfront property that is close to many restaurants, bakeries, shopping, gas stations, etc. we loved it!

Wonderful family winter escape

Perfect spot for a family vacation. Beautiful view from the unit no matter what the weather. Quiet area with quick access to stores, restaurants and other attractions. We would definitely stay again if back in the area.

We met online (Yes there are success stories!!) which was a miracle because my husband was from a very small town in Illinois about an hour from me and we never would have met without technology!
We are now empty nesters. We love to travel, golf, and be in the sun! We love the Midwest too but do not care much for winter. Like most people, we love the Sunshine State and a few years ago made it our home!
We have 3 children together and they are all very successful and happy young people that we are very proud of. We now have one grandchild.
We bought this property and updated it to our taste and hope to share that with you!

My husband has been coming to this area for 30 years and many times since we have been together in the past 13 years. We absolutely love the Florida Gulf beaches and this area. There is so much to see and do and it is home!
We decided to buy a condo and looked at 16 condos in one day! We bought this one because it had everything we were looking for…The most fabulous views of the water and beach in all directions, an open large feel for our entire family to visit, and the most sought after resort style building complex! It needed some interior changes which I was more than happy to do since I got to buy all new! So you get the benefit of that also!

Views, Views and more Views…Walkout from the living room or your Master suite to a 21 X 8 balcony…There are only a handful of condos at Beach Cottages that are on the FRONT row. This is one of them! This condo has updates that most condos simply do not have. Newer beds, furniture, decor, technology, and everything!!!
The complex is highly sought after and has a geothermal heated salt water pool and hot tub!! The location is perfect and close to all of my favorite restaurants….It's just fabulous and we can't wait to go back to it!
