Disfrute de una vista sin obstáculos del Océano Pacífico, con fácil acceso a Playa Hermosa.

¡A solo unos pasos del océano y en una de las mejores comunidades de playa y lugares para practicar surf en el mundo! surfistas, solo puede tomar su tabla y caminar hacia el océano, o simplemente sentarse y ver a los surfistas o participar en la captura de olas de clase mundial.

Observe la puesta de sol desde el patio de la terraza o sienta el calor del sol y la brisa del océano.

Relájese junto a la piscina privada o dé un paseo por la mañana o por la tarde en una de las hermosas playas de Costa Rica y póngase en contacto con la naturaleza.

Nuestra casa es un lugar famoso para el surf, conocido por sus excelentes y consistentes olas. Los lugareños insisten en que Playa Hermosa tiene olas altas o mejores 340 días al año. A las cuatro millas de largo, nunca se llena, mejor traer una tabla de respaldo. Please note, under the new policies at Hermosa Palms, renters will no longer have access to the beach club. Just OK

We stayed in this property for 3 nights and I was not too happy with the way the host communicated with us and how they wanted to charge us extra for a couple of friends that came over to visit for luterally 3 hours so they could have dinner with us during one of the nights. I also felt very uncomfortable that a couple of days before arriving we received a message asking us to provide our passports and license plates for each person staying at the house. The license plates i could understand but since we were renting a vehicle, we didnt even know this info until we arrived to Costa Rica. As far as the passport and private info that shouldn't be asked from everyone in our party. The house was not the cleanest and ACs in 2 of the bedrooms were not working properly. They fixed both couple of hours later since the controllers were not working. The kitchen sink was clogged and toilets were very slow to flush. The shower heads had no pressure. The location was nice. Master bedroom has a nice view to the beach. House is located 15 mins away from Jaco.

House needs a refresh

The area and community is beautiful. The house was not cleaned well and needs a professional cleaning and refresh particularily kitchen and bedrooms. Kitchen also needs kitchenware, utensils and glassware. Owner did respond promptly to our immediate concerns.

Wonderful vacation

The house was just as described. Very spacious and clean. The host was very quick to respond with any concerns that we had. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. We loved sitting outside by the pool at the house. The community pool was also amazing. The bar/restaurant was great. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely go back. Loved Costa Rica and the people are so nice.

Amazing Vacation

Thank you Rob & Sarah for allowing my family to stay at your wonderful property! This beautiful home is very well equipped with all the necessities for a perfect Costa Rican vacation. Communication with the property owners was so prompt and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hermosa Palms is a quiet, peaceful & safe community to relax and enjoy family time. Yo-yo’s bar & restaurant is absolutely perfect. Yo-yo & her staff are so friendly and accommodating. The menu is simple, the food is fabulous & the cocktails are INCREDIBLE!! Be sure to try a Chili-Guaro. YO-YO makes the BEST I’ve EVER had while visiting CR!! We will be back as soon as possible! Thanks again!!

Just what you want.

The experience was amazing!!! Incredible community. Fun drinks with Yoyo at the pool island. Great security with Cris and the house was super comfortable and kid friendly. We will do it again!!!!

Great Stay

Great location. Pool was a little rocky and you needed shoes but was nice to cool off. Take advantage of the breakfast shopping - it will save you. Owners were super responsive and helpful. Great value!

Great Stay

We have stayed in Hermosa Palms before. We love the area. The community pool is excellent and Yoyo's at the pool is awesome. Great food and drinks! Being so close to the beach is a plus too! The house sleeps a lot. We only used the beds- not the couch beds. The mattresses are on the "firm" side. Not the most comfortable- at least in the master bedroom. We had a couple issues but Rob is easy to communicate with and make sure things get fixed. The house is a bit worn but when you're in Costa Rica you're not at the house much. Too much to see and do!

We loved staying here!

Highly recommend this place. The hosts are amazing. We had a slight situation with the lights, which we reported, and they immediately fixed it. The condo is great, and the beach club is pretty calm. We can't wait to come back!

Good option for a large group

Nice, well equipped and roomy house in condo, less than 2 hours drive from San José, close to Jacó and Herradura. Place was not as clean as expected.

Hermosa Palms Feb Vacation

Nice property in Hermosa Palms. Great location and Sarah & Rob communicated easily with WhatsApp. Especially enjoyed the rooftop pergola for coffee in the morning watching the birds and surf.

Clean, safe and close to the beach

We were here with a group of 6 adults. Had plenty of room and enough bathrooms for everyone. House has a very nice roof top patio and private pool which was great. Family room and main areas with pool table was great for hanging out at night. House overall is in good condition. The house is about 2 min walk from the clubhouse pool, convenience store, spa, swim up bar and entrance to the beach. Community is very safe with full time guards at the gate entrance. Robert was very quick to respond to my messages. We were very happy to have stayed here, it was a good experience.

Love Playa Hermosa!

This was our third trip to CR with 3 generations. The house and bed situation were great. A few maintenance issues but the owners were very responsive. The location was perfect ~ big pool on the beach and not far to get groceries or go out to eat. We definitely used the pool snack bar which has great food. We did not find the best waves for young surfers but got to see baby turtles released which was amazing.

Nice place, need some update!

Nice property in a convenient area. Very clean and equipped, nice beach club and beach access. Manager was always accesible for anything we needed. It needs some updates in general (paint, furniture and electronics. Good for the price and the number of people you can accommodate. Pool table was a plus.

Originally from Canada, I first came to Costa Rica on a vacation 30 years ago, instantly fell in love with my wife, the country, the people, and never looked back.

My wife Sarah and I, spend many weekends here, with our 7 kids, and friends.

My favorite part of Costa Rica is the Hermosa Palms, which I discovered when I rented one of the homes that I currently own. This occurred 10 years ago. Up to now, I have acquired another 5 more homes in the same neighborhood. That’s how much I love the place!
Naturally, I love to travel and see different places, study their culture and spend time with the people I encounter.
Besides traveling, I also enjoy hiking, running, and any type of fitness really. If you are into similar things and like to spend time in a natural setting, you will love everything Costa Rica has to offer. Some of the best national parks, hiking trails, and untouched beaches are just minutes away.

I’d love to share my best running/hiking areas with you.
