This was our 4th year staying here and there’s a reason we keep coming back. Great stay for family with young kids! We also had a question for management and they were quick to respond with a solution. Would recommend!

Great place to stay!

Second time staying at this condo and we will definitely continue to come back. Great location and overall place. The perfect resort with all the amenities, if you have kiddos!

Family Vacation

This is our third year in a row staying at this location and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It’s the perfect location and has everything you need to keep small children entertained!

Everything was perfect for our family of four generations!

The lazy river and pool were so refreshing for breaks from the beach! Especially the afternoon when jellyfish appeared.

Family Thanksgiving Trip

The 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area was very spacious. Having a 4 th bathroom, with a shower in the laundry room, was a bonus. Property was very clean and onsite staff were friendly and helpful.

Awesome Stay!

Was also a celebration of my wife and my 25th anniversary. Condo unit was great. Location was excellent and check in and out process was a breeze. Phoenix vacation staff is great as well. Will be back!

Fun time

Another great trip to Phoenix west, the internet was a little weak and there didn’t seem to be enough towels and wash rags but overall nice place

Spring Break '25

Ample space in condo. Convenient parking (w/ pass). Indoor and outdoor pools. Quick access to a well-maintained beach. Everything in the pictures is 100% accurate.Property managers are quick to respond.Only downside were the floor mats, that seemed to hold a lot of dirt and discolor our feet (this was mentioned in other reviews too). Overall amazing place, would stay there again.

Very nice

Everything was very nice but the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes s d the microwave wasn’t working we could only get it to heat on the 30 sec setting but lived everything else was great

Great Property other than Wifi

Loved the property. The outdoor furnishings they chose should be standard on all units! The kitchen is well appointed and the furniture is good. The Wireless Internet is terrible, dreadful, though not sure of it is this unit or bandwidth for the whole property but it may as well not be there at all.

Summer fun!

Second floor was wonderful because we didn’t have to wait in the crowded elevator. Just walked down stairs or pulled wagon with beach stuff down the parking ramp. Kids loved the pool/slide and it was very convenient going back and forth from pool to beach. The older ones stayed in the lazy river until 10:30 which they loved. Need to get a new microwave and fix TV access in bedrooms. Loved the ice maker in kitchen, too. Easy to rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach, too. Wonderful week!!!

Had a few issues but were resolved quickly!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy access to the beach. I don't think we used the elevator even once! #204 is very nice & well supplied, however, the condo was very obviously only surfaced cleaned. We actually borrowed a Swiffer to clean ourselves. I did relay this to our contact & it was resolved afterwards. Could use some updating. Overall 3 1/2 stars.

Great space, dirty flooring

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is huge. Very spacious, kitchen well stocked with bar area and an ice maker- which was great for the cooler. My complaints were with the cleanliness of the unit and overall wear of the furnishings. The carpets in the front bedrooms and the area rug in the main living area were filthy. We had a 1 year old crawling baby whose hands, feet and knees were BLACK with dirt. The chairs were heavily stained and the sofa very worn. The beds were comfortable but the bedding, comforters were faded (well worn) and the bath towels were stained. The resort itself is awesome! My grandson loved the pools and slide. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. I expected more in regards to the specific room at this price point. I should have put weight into the previous reviews regarding cleanliness.

It also had enough bathroom towels for us. We loved the 2nd floor, so we can use the stairs instead of the elevator. They also have extra box fans when you are hot!

Only cleanliness issue was black mold around the lower edge of glass in the master bedroom. We purchased some bleach and cleaners and removed it ourselves. Ohtherwise the unit was clean.

Orange Beach Phoenix west 2nd floor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was everything like the pictures showed. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we might need. Indoor pool and hot tubs were used frequently by the grandkids. Loved the 9th floor tennis/pickleball court. Close to so many good restaurants, church, grocery stores and attractions. Not sure if it’s the floor tile or the general cleaning but felt it could use a deeper cleaning than maybe a mop could do. Staff at front desk and Charlotte were all so very friendly and helpful. Perfect place for family to gather and celebrate grandpa’s 80th birthday!!.

Family Vacation 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo and property were nice. I'd book the condo again.The separate ice maker in the unit is a great feature and the kitchen is well stocked with plates and cups, including plastic ones and items for small kids. There are plenty of pots and pans but not really non- stick anymore so make sure you bring cooking spray. There is a K-cup coffee machine and a traditional coffee pot, which is nice depending on your preference. (Although, I'm not sure why there are two microwaves. The second one takes up a bunch of counter space.) We had an issue with the main light in the kitchen being out when we arrived. I called on Saturday "after hours", received a call back within an hour and it was fixed the next day. There was also a brief issue with the AC (not the fault of the condo or the rental company) and when I called before 8am when they opened, I had a call back by 8:15. Great service from the rental company!However, I think the unit could use a really good deep clean. I was making my kids wear shoes inside, otherwise their feet were turning black from walking on the floors. My son also turned on the jets in the tub in the master bath and a bunch of black stuff came out. The unit looked clean on the surface so they are cleaning between guests but it needs a bit more.

The only issue was the rugs needed to be cleaned. We all had dark on the bottom of our feet. Thought it was the tile but realized it was coming from the den rug. Otherwise great condo!
