Hi Megan, Thank you for your feedback on the property. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the noise in the unit, including the loud fridge, ice maker, and A/C unit. We understand that this affected your overall experience. We appreciate your suggestion of bringing a sound machine. Additionally, we apologize for the noise from the elevators near your room. We value your input and will take it into consideration for future improvements. While we're glad you found the unit beautiful, we understand your decision not to return based on the noise concerns.
