Set in a well-kept suburbia neighborhood just a few blocks away from some of the best surfing areas in Florida, you will enjoy all the modern conveniences in this charming, well-maintained 60's built home. It is easy to enjoy all the colors and art that bring the surfer life right in the door.
The lounging leather sectional in the living room is the perfect spot to roost while you watch your latest video or surfing "footage" on the 52' large screen television with surround sound. With the bar & fully equipped kitchen no more than 3 longboard lengths away, you know you'll never miss out on whatever satisfying meals get placed on the dining table.
Each large brightly decorated bedroom touts a queen size sleigh bed donned in fresh 100% cotton sheets, fluffy pillows and a feather comforter, a full size closet, nightstand and dresser.

This was such an awesome, unique place, with surf gear, art, and beach vibes. Near Cocoa Beach and everything we needed. The kids loved having their own pool. Captain Rick was very responsive.

Captain Ricks tropical paradise was great! The outside pool area was very nice and relaxing. The home was clean and had everything we needed and more! Nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. We enjoyed walking downtown a few times and the ice cream shop! Captain Rick was a great host! We would definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home. The pool and backyard were absolutely amazing, perfect for relaxing, spending time outside, and really enjoying the space. It felt like a private little oasis.What really stood out, though, was how comfortable and welcoming the house felt. It’s not overly fancy, but that’s exactly what made it so special it truly felt like home. Everything was cozy, inviting, and easy to settle into right away.If you’re looking for a place where you can unwind, feel comfortable, and enjoy a great outdoor space, this is it. We would definitely stay here again! Plus the location was perfect.

Captain Rick was an amazing host, from the moment we arrived he reached out to see that we had everything we needed. Each morning started with a message of interest in how our stay was going. Great location, the house was very welcoming. Beautiful backyard with pool. Would love to visit when it was warm enought to use.

It was an amazing stay. The pool was just so great! My family also enjoyed the massaging chair. It’s definitely a perfect spot to stay for Cocoa beach. It’s close by lots of shops and the beach.

Great location!
Captain Rick's place was wonderful! Check in was easy and the pool was beautiful! Close to several restaurants and beach access!

Aboslutely Perfect Getaway!
I can’t say enough great things about this vacation home! The location was ideal, close to the beach and amazing restaurants, yet peaceful and private. The kitchen was fully stocked. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was in a quiet neighborhood convenient to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The house was clean with everything we needed. Very nice pool as well. Capt. Rick was a great host and checked in with us periodically to make sure our stay was going well and provided updates on when to expect pool service, etc. Would stay here again!

Perfect retreat not far from the beach
The host was super attentive and checked on our stay multiple times. Pool was great and all amenities and the beach or minutes away. I'd definitely stay again!

Tropical Paradise Stay
Great host, CPT Rick was awesome, he stay in touch with us through our stay. The place was nice and clean. The location was a good location to enjoy the Cocoa Beach area. I will recommend and I will stay again in the near future. Respectfully,CJ

Perfect Weekend Get Away
Good place to stay for a long weekend. Super convenient to beach and Ron Jon Surf Shop. Quiet neighborhood. House had everything you will need for your stay.

Relaxing Paradise Getaway
The property was everything check in was flawless just don’t get locked out without remembering the code! The pool was so nice, the massage chair we all loved! The kitchen has everything u have at home u only need to bring food to cook frfr! The host is awesome and very reachable at all times that was the best feeling per my cousin! We stayed an extra day because it was so nice and relaxing!

Wonderful Stay
The property is centrally located to recreation, shopping and dining. The property was wonderful and we had such a relaxing stay. Captain Rick was very responsive to any questions we had concerning the property or area.

Quite and private
Very impressed with our stay for the week. The house was supplied very well with everything we needed. The pool was very clean and property was kept up nicely. We will be coming back here again!
