It is easy to enjoy all the colors and art that bring the surfer life right in the door.
The lounging leather sectional in the living room is the perfect spot to roost while you watch your latest video or surfing "footage" on the 52' large screen television with surround sound. With the bar & fully equipped kitchen no more than 3 longboard lengths away, you know you'll never miss out on whatever satisfying meals get placed on the dining table.
Each large brightly decorated bedroom touts a queen size sleigh bed donned in fresh 100% cotton sheets, fluffy pillows and a feather comforter, a full size closet, nightstand and dresser.
After a day of ocean surfing or playing in the backyard pool, take a hot shower or bath in the full bathroom. You'll find everything you need to keep you fresh for your next adventure.

Quite and private

Very impressed with our stay for the week. The house was supplied very well with everything we needed. The pool was very clean and property was kept up nicely. We will be coming back here again!

Great Communication

Capt. Rick was very helpful and great to work with. The check in process went smoothly and communication with the owner was a breeze. The backyard is very peaceful and the property is located near several amenities.

Clean, Fun, Great Hosts

Super clean house with a private pool in a great neighborhood. Excellent communication by the host, immediately attentive to any needs whatsoever. All needs were covered though, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 5 star all the way.

Perfect Spot to relax plus location, location, location!

Capt. Rick was a great host - communicative & accommodating. The house was just what we needed while waiting for our house to be available to move in. Floating in the pool definitely made me forget the stressors of life. We grilled out in the backyard oasis too. We would stay there again and recommend friends & family to do the same. Great location to buzz around town too.

Great original Florida home

Easy check-in to a very barefoot clean original hardwood and terrazzo flooring home. Very comfortable mattress with simple amenities. The fresh air pool worked great for this stay. Great private backyard and the location is perfect for getting to downtown Cocoa Beach.

Amazing pool

Had an excellent stay here the backyard is like your own retreat with an awesome pool. Host is communicative. Close to the beach and many restaurant's. Also the bed is actually comfortable which was a nice surprise. Thanks again!

Great getaway

Our first time to Cocoa Beach- stayed in the area for a few days before our cruise. Absolutely loved the small beach town. Location of house was very close to everything. Capt Rick was amazing with communication. We loved having our own private pool. Highly recommend!

Perfect retreat not far from the beach

The host was super attentive and checked on our stay multiple times. Pool was great and all amenities and the beach or minutes away. I'd definitely stay again!

After a crazy overworked first half of the year. We decided to take a group cruise. This was our overnight place. I highly recommend. It was a very lived in comfortable place. Our host checked on us more than once. Excellent location for food and the ship port.

Wonderful Stay

The property is centrally located to recreation, shopping and dining. The property was wonderful and we had such a relaxing stay. Captain Rick was very responsive to any questions we had concerning the property or area.

Birthday celebration and Kennedy Space Center

We would have liked a longer stay. The location was convenient to nearby attractions. Capt Mike was an excellent and attentive host. We had a little problem with Wi-Fi Mike was able to help us in a matter of minutes! Thank you very much.

Absolutely amazing!

This was by far the best trip we have been on because of staying here! The house was super clean! The pool was amazing, the entire backyard was awesome! I will definitely be back for another weekend trip!

Parent retreat while daughter played softball in Fla for spring break

Backyard Outdoor “oasis”/pool was wonderful. Stayed in Cocoa Beach while our daughter played softball with her high school team down there for spring break. Very relaxing. Great privacy.

Great little hideaway close to everything

We enjoyed our stay at Captain Rick's place. It was the perfect size for our family and in a great location. The pool and outdoor area is quiet and relaxing. If I could recommend anything, it would be some beach supplies, like a cooler, umbrella, and chairs. We did find everything we needed however at the dollar store. All things considered, it was very nice and I would stay here again should we return to Cocoa Beach in the future. Thanks Captain Rick!

Surfers 🏄‍♀️ Paradise

Nice house in a great location for everything in Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral. Spacious full-features kitchen and living room. Nice sun room and big backyard. I stayed for all of February. The pool was too cold to use and the home was a little “worn,” but overall it was a nice place to stay. Captain Rick is an excellent host and was always available to answer questions. Once the tub drain got clogged, and Captain Rick had it fixed the next day! Towels, linens, pillows, blankets, and hand/dish soap all provided.

Great weekend

The house was in a great location. The beach was literally across the street. The back yard and pool was the best. Captain Rick was very accommodating and kept contact daily. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The neighborhood was adorable, well kept houses, and very quiet. My friends and I had a great time there. Thank you.
