We had an awesome time! Great outdoor area with huge pool, Tiki, hot tub and a ton of seating/lounges. Richard was very responsive to questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The well stocked and large kitchen was the perfect gathering place. The pool was heated and incredible, we all loved it. The tiki bar was fun and added whimsy. Richard was a great host, communicative and attentive! We hope to be back!

Our family of 8 really enjoyed this house. It is clean and bright and has a great kitchen and dining room. The back patio is nice with a pool and tiki hut. We had fun and will come again.

My family really enjoyed our time at this beach house. It's conveniently located and is set up very comfortably. The kitchen and dining area is the heart of the house - inside. And the pool patio out back is great. We will definitely come again.

Great spring break getaway

Had an amazing time with our family at this property. The pool and tiki bar were our main hangout areas of the house. Richard was very quick to respond with all of our questions. Would definitely stay at this place again!

Great Times at Tiki Blue

My family and I enjoyed a great week's long vacation/reunion at Tiki Blue. The accommodations were great, and Richard was an excellent, responsive host.

Great place for family!

Beautiful home, spacious kitchen and plenty of beds for the whole family. Large pool and nice hot tub. Located very close to public beaches and restaurants. Property manager was great, reaponsive. Will book agakn!

This home is enough to enjoy a vacation for a few days with all the family and extended family the outdoor space is perfect to entertain each other listing is what is advertised

Love tiki blue

This is our 2nd stay here and we love it just as much as the first time. The pool is the star for us as well as the location. We had another great time with family at Tiki Blue!

Great vacation home

House was clean and had more than enough room for our group. House would easily accommodate 4-5 families. Outdoor area was awesome with pool, tiki bar, and hot tub. Spent most of our time enjoying family time at the pool area.

Our party of 8 had a wonderful time! The 5 kids ranging in age of 8 -16 had a blast at the pool and many nearby attractions. The rooms and bed layouts worked well for our mixed group. The host was easily reachable through the visit, and was quick to remedy the one hiccup that happened outside of his control ( the rain tripped the safety for the lights for the tiki bar).

What an incredible pool area

The host went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. We had an incredible time but the pool was so inviting it soon became our favorite hangout spot

I am so glad you like the pool area. I have put a lot of effort into it to make it a wonderful place to hang out. Ceiling fans in a tiki hut. Lights that glow in the ceiling of the tiki hut. And the gazebo over the hot tub with special twinkling lights on a timer... Not to mention the huge heated pool and the river-rock landscaping, teak furniture and palm trees / potted plants. Wonderful Vacation

My family enjoyed this propery alot. We were able to have large family style living at an affordable cost. We were able to enjoy the pool and the beach everyday of our stay. When we had any questions the property manager was able to get back to us very quickly.

Family Getaway

We come to Cocoa Beach every year and this was one of our favorite rentals yet. We had a party of 17 and there was plenty of sleeping space for all. We loved all of the dining space, multiple tables which allowed us all to eat together. The kids loved the outside showers!
