This Lakeview vacation home is 1,307 sqft, includes 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Sleeps 6. All the amenities for long stays. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and a dishwasher for after. Enjoy coffee or drinks outside while watching the sunsets, small animals, birds, and Lakeview. There's are 3 flat screen TV's with YouTube TV and internet WIFI. Our house is close to restaurants, two movie theaters, London Bridge and lots of shopping. Our home is located 2.5 miles from Lake Havasu State park- Windsor boat launch. Enjoy the outdoors. Boating, fishing, hiking, off-roading and biking.

Nice Rental

This was our 2nd year we stayed here for the month of March. We were surprised to see there was new furniture in the living room, along with some other updates. We enjoyed staying here again this year. We would have rebooked it for next March but it was already rented. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter Havasu

Unit was very well equipped and clean. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Excellent for a longer term stay for a couple. Second bedroom quite noisy in the morning. Overall would recommend. Enjoyed the two month stay.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed staying here the month of March. It was well equipped, and had nice comfortable beds. We had quick responses from the owners if we had any questions. We really enjoyed seeing the beautiful sunsets. We’re looking forward to coming back here next year.

Lake Havasu getaway

The house was very nice and well equipped with utensils, bedding, towels, etc. with TVs in all 3 bedrooms and comfortable beds. The water softener makes strange noises and sometimes leaks water in the garage but Mike said he would have that fixed. Appeared to be a safe neighborhood and neighbors on both sides were non-existant as their houses appeared to be for sale. the porch was great for soaking up rays or just reading.

Great Place to stay!

We had a great time staying here July 9-11. The place is immaculate and directions and rules are clearly stated .Air conditioning was great and had adequate boat parking. Would definitely stay here again! The owner also shipped a bathing suit that was left on our trip. Highly recommend!

Lake Havasu weekend

Excellent communication with the owners, very helpful on checkout when our boat broke down which delayed everything. Property was spotless, great location and view. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the view of the lake from the back of the house. This was home was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this house and would stay again in the future.

Beautiful Place

We enjoyed staying in this home. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. We were close to all of the places we wanted to go. The house was beautiful on the inside and the property was also beautiful on the outside. We enjoyed the backyard also. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful over the Colorado River. We also saw different birds in the backyard and that was also fun. Thank you so much for renting your home to us. Carolyn

Everything you need is here

The house has everything needed for cooking your meals. Nice pots and pans, knives, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, single cup & pot combined coffee maker. Grill works great and plenty of new outdoor furniture. You want it, it's here. Beds are very comfy with new pillows. As far as traffic on Empress, it is busy, but we backed into the driveway so it was easy to leave the house. TV is You tube........that took some getting used to. Had to call Mike to walk us through it. Missed having the use of DVR to record shows.

This was a great place to stay for the 3 months that we were in lake havasu. Mike was super nice and I will definitely try to come back to this house if possible next time we're in town.

Great home

The home had everything one would need added bonus had a spectacular view of the lake and many sunsets from patio.. Mike was awesome to work with.. Empress Street is a busy street but the fenced in backyard took care of that issue.. Steve and Teresa

Great time, great place!

We have been staying in Havasu for ten years now, and this was one of our better stays! Mike answered our Emails timely and was wonderful to work with. The only draw back is that we can't get the house for next March as it's already taken. You can rest assured that these are great land lords! I would recommend any property Mike owns. The property was as described, clean and well kept.
