Great Condo!!

Great condo with friendly neighbors. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Owners were easy to work with and had provided all items necessary for a wonderful getaway.

So enjoyed our stay. Wonderful complex! Friendly people.

One of the best and enjoyable place to stay. Very comfortable, peaceful. Would definitely stay again. Love the area a perfect place for my husband and I.

relaxing

Nice clean comfortable place with a view of the canal out back. It is in a good location to go off island either north or south. And it has a little dock out back if you want to do a little fishing.

Quiet retreat during Covid

A quiet relaxing place to watch abundant fauna outside from the deck. Flying and flopping fish and giant birds of incredible variety. A 7 minute walk to a long white sand beach. What more could you ask for? The apartment is cozy and well furnished. There is also a lovely heated pool and tennis court though we didn't use as we wanted to social distance. Nancy is super nice and helpful. Fabulous stay at the end of a difficult year helped us to recharge.

The perfect hideaway for an idyllic beach vacation.

We spent a wonderful three weeks at the apartment. It is fully appointed for a very comfortable stay and there is everything one would want to feel right at home. Nancy has thought about everything! We loved to watch the birds and listen to fish jump from the lanai at breakfast and lunch, the view is beautiful and the mood peaceful in an idyllic way. The beach is easily accessible a few minutes walk through the two blocks of the lovely neighborhood. If you do not wish to rent a car and want a beach vacation, you can easily rent bikes for the duration of your stay; there are many restaurants nearby, the Publix grocery store is not far and there are bike lanes along Estero Boulevard. For longer trips to the Northern end of the island you can take the trolley; there is a stop very near, on the way to the beach. Be ready to relax!

We were totally pleased with this property!!!

The property is ideally located for a most enjoyable stay at Fort Myers Beach - it is located in a very peaceful and quiet setting, and it is only about five minutes walk to the beach and just a short distance to a number of amenities (shopping and restaurants, etc.). We were able to spend our two weeks without even thinking about renting a car. The property itself was very clean and presentable with all the conveniences provided, and offered a very comfortable place for sitting back and relaxing - we particularly enjoyed a number of evening meals on the lanai, while watching the fish jumping in the nearby lagoon. We will definitely consider returning to this property, and will also recommend it to others.
