This cozy first-floor apartment was the perfect retreat for our beach getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, it made enjoying the ocean breeze effortless. The front porch was a lovely spot to unwind, and the comfortable interior made us feel right at home. Its central location allowed us to easily explore local shops and dining options.

The stay was great wasn’t happy with all the fees. I payed as much in fees as we payed for our stay

Ian’s Aftermath

It was sad seeing how bad Hurricane Ian destroyed Ft Myers Beach but this property was a nice respite there. Clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have some basics like coffee or condiments like other rentals. But this worked fine for what I needed.

We stayed for 1 week and there was a cold snap for a few of the days. There was no furnace for heat and no storage in the bedrooms (dressers, hangers). The unit smells like smoke. Some of these things may/may not have been advertised but wanted to bring them to attention of future tenants. In this downstairs unit you can hear and smell everything from above unit. Maintenance was very quick to address several issues that we had.

As noted in our listing, we do not advertise central furnace heat, and the photos accurately reflect the furnishings and storage provided in the bedrooms. We always encourage guests to review the full listing details and reach out with any questions prior to booking so we can ensure the space is a good fit. We also want to be clear that this is a strictly non-smoking property. We take this policy very seriously, and our cleaning team has been notified to thoroughly inspect and address any concerns. We have not received previous reports regarding smoke odors or sound and smells carrying from the upstairs unit, but we will certainly look into this further. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the guest experience for future stays. Thank you

Respectfully quiet, relaxing and the host had extra things in the unit to use that you might of forgotten at home. To me everything was just down the block. Beach, stores, rental services. Restaurants, bars
