Come enjoy our lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on ground level. The well equipped kitchen is quite user friendly, with full sized appliances including a dishwasher. A stacked washer/dryer combo completes the picture of a property with truly everything you need! Pool side, with a golf view from the screened "Florida Room" this is a wonderful place to relax, unwind and indulge in all central Florida has to offer.

I rented this condo for my daughter’s family visit for a special occasion. This unit is well equipped and the whole process was seamless. It is located on the ground floor with easy access to the pool. The area is well kept and safe. Highly recommend this owner.

Long overdue visit

We loved this VRBO. The condo was in a very nice area and we had easy access to family members both in Titusville and Melbourne. All around an amazing experience!

Nice spot in La Cita

We enjoyed our stay. We were located close to the pool and had a nice view from the screened in porch. The living room was comfortable with a sofa and two chairs. We enjoyed the location in Titusville and enjoyed the great weather.

Titusville

This rental is a beautiful place to stay. Relaxing, quiet & comfy. It’s about an hour & 10 minutes to Orlando, so not too far from all the main attractions. It’s also just minutes away from the Kennedy Space Center, which was very interesting to see & a perfect place to watch a launch, if there’s one scheduled. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities, making cooking in, a breeze for my husband . A grill is available to use poolside, behind this particular complex. Two beautiful bedrooms, with bathrooms well stocked as well as a screened in patio area at the back of the unit, near the pool. A quiet corner to read or just unwind at the end of the day. My husband & I brought our daughter & her 8 year old son to Florida and everyone had a very nice time! Our grandson was in the pool every day for 10-15 minutes even though it was a little bit chilly We will be back to stay if we get back this way again!

La Cita Titusville

Location was good for our almost daily visits to Orlando Wetlands to bird watch and walk. Also close to our friends at TGO. Water pressure was great in master shower. Master bed was comfortable, except the footboard which bruised our thighs a couple of times before we learned to walk tight to the dresser/door. Kitchen was well supplied.Neighbor on our left put in new kitchen cabinets so it was very noisy for 2 weeks. Luckily we were out most of the day. Condo renters (several different) above us walked like elephants. One night we had a young runner for a few hours before our bed time (luckily stopped by our bedtime). As with most condos in Fl there is no sound insulation in walls or ceilings so you need to expect some noise and try to be quiet yourself.Owner and communicated very well and their cleaning person (Jerri) was excellent. She kept us posted about grounds/parking activities at La Cita. Overall a good stay.

Titusville Trip

The property was in an ideal location, unit was very clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. There were 3 adults, me and my husband and my sister in law. Great there were 2 full bathrooms.

Family reunion

Amazingly well stocked spices, cleaning products and personal needs soaps/lotions. Great mattresses.Smaller living room and screen porch than expected. Comfortable for our 4 adults but 6 would be a stretch. That said, I would absolutely rent again!

Clean but updates needed

The property was comfortable, but the shower off of main bedroom leaked and something smelled awful under kitchen sink. Possibly another leak.

Can't Wait to Come Back

What an excellent place to stay! The condo is everything advertised and then some. Clean, spacious, and everything works well. Area is safe, secure, and close to Kennedy Space Center, food, shopping, and many other points of interest. This is an A+ for us and we will be coming back. Thanks much!

21 days of beach life

We loved your condo. All the little extras made us feel right at home. The pool area and bbq grill were an extra added amenity for us. We used both often when not at the beach. This was our second time staying with you and will be back. 😊
