Great place!

Everything was so nice! The location was great, house was immaculate and well stocked. Jill stayed in great contact with me throughout our stay. Highly recommend this getaway!

Great place

This was a wonderful place to stay and relax. Titusville is a diamond in the ruff. Golf, good restaurants, NASA, and rocket launches to name a few. I would definitely go here again.

Everything was as shown, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed.. We had one minor plumbing issue, which the host responded to and addressed immediately. Definitely would stay there again.

One of our favorites

My husband and I loved our stay in the Titusville condo. It was comfortable, well stocked and had everything we needed for a few days of winter birding.

Best Vacation Ever!!

We love this lovely condo close to everywhere. The kids love Kennedy Space Center, the beach, the wildlife drives, the evening kayaking, of course Disney World and Universal Studios and the Golf Course is great. Such a great time, we will be going back soon. It is so relaxing!!

Home away from home

After living in the area as snowbirds for 22 years then having to sell for personal reasons. It was nice to go back and visit old friends in the area. I’m sure we’ll be back again knowing that the places to stay at are comfortable and homey.

This place is great! What A Value! Home is extremely clean, large and stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and nice !! Absolutely loved it and would recommend to anyone!!! Beautiful Great Place in Awesome Location!!

Dandy!!

What a dandy condo! It was roomy, clean, and nested in a nice neighborhood surrounded by a golf course. We enjoyed our morning walks around the neighborhood. Coffee on the lanai was quite pleasant. I'd stay here again for sure. It was conveniently close to touristy spots.

Nice condo in Titusville!

We had a nice week at this codo - it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our walks around the community and it was great to have more room and privacy than a hotel could offer while in the area for camp at Kennedy Space Center. Everything went smoothly and Jill was a pleasure to work with.

Home away from home!

Wow! This property is a hidden gem. My wife and I really enjoyed this property. The owners have made this property very accommodating to whoever may decide to rent it. It is beautifully decorated and very well furnished. I will most definitely look to book this property again. The owners are very responsive to email as well!

Trip to space coast

Traveled here with family for the kids to attend space camp. Really convenient location to drive to KSC daily. Beds 3 out of 4 beds were really uncomfortable (old spring mattresses need replacing). One bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again for a similar trip if the mattresses are replaced.

Very nice property

This condo was very comfortable and quiet. The master has a king sized bed and updated bathroom. We appreciated the full size nightstands with only a lamp, leaving room to put a phone and book. The mattress was fine for us but it was very soft. The entire unit was very well stocked We would definitely stay again.

Our family had the most a...

Our family had the most amazing visit to Titusville. The condo was so well equiped and very clean. Plenty of space and a great location for lots of great places to visit. While our son was having a blast at Space Camp, we were having a relaxing day at the beautiful Kennedy Nation Seashore. This condo is the perfect home base for a great vacation, peaceful and quiet! Wonderful owners and great communication!

Very spacious. Clean. Our stay was great until we woke up the morning of our last day to multiple cockroaches in multiple rooms (master bath, living area, 2nd bath). We contacted the host who naturally said “this has never be a problem”. Also, when we were stripping the bed, we noticed dried blood spots on the pillow. We were extremely grossed out.

We’re glad you found the home spacious and clean overall, though we’re sorry for the concerns you experienced at the end of your stay. We were first notified on your final day, although it was later mentioned that a palmetto bug had been seen earlier in the stay. After speaking with neighboring residents, we learned that an adjoining unit had recently undergone interior pest treatment, which may have caused insects to migrate temporarily. We immediately followed up with our cleaning team, who reported no ongoing evidence of pest activity. We also take cleanliness concerns seriously and have addressed the matter with our housekeeping staff. In an effort to address your concerns, we agreed to refund the $150 cleaning fee. After more than 20 years of hosting guests, we’ve always worked hard to provide a comfortable experience and remain committed to offering all our guests great stays.
