Located in Port O'Call at Wild Dunes, the exclusive gated community on the Isle of Palms, South Carolina. We offer this professionally-decorated one bedroom/one bathroom Villa The condo has porcelain tile throughout the condo. We do have a king size bed and with a beautifully tiled shower with built in shower seat. Open kitchen and living area lead to the screened-in porch, ideal for your morning paper and a cup of coffee, your sunset toast or your favorite book. Ground floor corner end unit with extra windows. Great screened-in porch to enjoy the ocean. No loading and unloading on the elevator!

The Atlantic Ocean serves as the perfect backdrop for the Palmetto Tree-rich Courtyard and Swimming Pool, a view that can be enjoyed from every room! You have ocean view from every room in the condo. The condo is Non-Smoking .

This Villa is very special to us and is a very comfortable place to relax and have fun. We invite you to enjoy a relaxing vacation in our beautiful home. Unique Relaxing Beach with many unique local activities . We love animals. However, The Wild Dunes Community Association does not allow pets. No pets allowed, also non-smoking.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time on our stay at Isle of Palms. Thad was a great host and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Condo was clean and exactly as described. Great location, just steps to the beach.

Perfect for relaxing

Great stay with full amenities. Enjoyed the screened in patio morning and evening. Weather was windy but that didn’t stop us from a wonderful getaway.

What a Wonderful Place and Host

This condo is beautifully decorated and has such a peaceful and relaxing vibe. The porch is truly a sanctuary, with the most comfortable chairs! The condo was very clean when we arrived. The location is great bc this first floor condo is just steps away from the pool and ocean. Thad is truly the best VRBO host! He kept us updated with information after Hurricane Debby came through Charleston and the surrounding area a few days before our arrival and he made my birthday extra special! What wonderful memories my husband and I made during this trip to IOP.

Great week at the beach!

My family and I stayed here for the week of 4th of July and had a great time! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was close and nice without being too crowded.

Loved the location

Thad was an excellent host. His communication with me throughout the booking process & on day of check in was above expectations. The property was exactly how it was described. The location was perfect & the screened porch was a top feature. I could enjoy my coffee out there in the morning & read a book & listen to the ocean in the evening. It was a great vacation experience!

Lovely Getaway

Condo was the perfect size for my daughter and I. Very clean and cozy. Close to pool and short walk to beach. A couple of minor issues with check in, but Thad was amazing. He really went above and beyond to make things right and even reached out a couple of times to make sure everything else was going well. We had a wonderful time and definitely would love to return!

Great location and layout, bouncy bed

This is a nice property in a great location, with a partial ocean view. The condo has a nice screened in porch and many nice aspects but needs (1) a better mattress and a stable bed frame, and (2) a smart TV so you can stream shows. Manager was responsive to questions.

Great place and host!

This condo was perfect for me, my husband and two kids. The property is secluded but close to everything, the kids loved the pool and I loved the screened in porch. Right on the ocean with and ocean view and convenient, especially with the kids. The host was so welcoming and very responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely be back!

It was very pretty and tastefully decorated. It was spacious for 1 bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Te location is beautiful Our host was very kind and sent a list of restaurants and activities in the area.

We were blessed with perfect weather all week. Fun around the pool and the beach is awesome but chair/umbrella fees are too expensive!! We love this condo and owner, we had lots of chats. I mentioned that there was only 1 dish towel and no detergent and the next day Thad ordered that plus other things from Target and it was dropped off right in front of our door. I can’t say enough about Thad and what a wonderful experience it is dealing with such a sympathetic, caring owner Our only disappointment was local Restaurants being subpar🙁. Restaurants in Charleston are great though! Harbor cruise is a must see🛳️

Great Stay

Anniversary Trip September 2022

Isle of Palms is our favorite vacation destination and we schedule our anniversary week to stay at Palmetto Dreams every year. Thad is a phenomenal host! He has made check-in effortless. This property is exceptionally clean and professionally decorated with comfortable furniture and is exactly as the pictures on VRBO. We love the views of the ocean and being a few steps from the sand. Our early, and I do mean early (6 am) walks on the beach are most romantic! Then, a quick breakfast, packed lunch in the cooler and down to the beach for the day. Some evenings we drive to Charleston for dinner -we highly recommend Charleston Crab House on Market Street. Other evenings we cook our favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. The washer and dryer are most appreciated since I am obsessed with being excessively tidy! After a long day, the tiled walk-in shower is so relaxing. Off to bed in the most luxurious king size bed with tons of pillows for the perfect night’s sleep. What can I say……………we love absolutely everything about this property!! Thad, we will be contacting you soon to schedule 2023 Anniversary Trip!

Great space all needs met at a beautiful beach condo.

Beautiful, all of our week stay needs were met with this ground level walk to the pool or beach condo. Perfect size for our family of 3. Property manager was great and answered all of our questions, also included helpful tips if the area. Plan to revisit again.

Lovely and convenient!

We enjoyed our stay in this property thoroughly! It was a perfect size for my husband, 2yo, and me. The first level unit makes the walk down from the sunroom to the courtyard/pool area a breeze. This also allowed us to use the sunroom as a mudroom/area to catch the sandy and wet beach/pool gear. The kitchen had everything we need, although we didn't do much cooking on this trip. The plentiful windows and sliding doors make the unit airy and light and give a full view of the surroundings. The bathroom also had everything we needed except for a tub, but we brought an inflatable one (for our toddler). The tile walk-in shower was spacious and nice. We also really appreciated the cable tv; many rental properties only use streaming services, which can be a hassle even if you don't spend much time watching tv. Thad offered tons of information about the island and Charleston, including lots of food and activity recommendations. He gave us everything we needed to know and more, and we didn't need to reach him for any reason during the trip. If we have the same space needs on our next trip to Wild Dunes, we'll definitely hope to stay here!

Relaxing getaway

The property was well maintained. Excellent location at quiet end of the island. Close enough to make day trips to Charleston. Great communication from owner. Would recommend for couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

Excellent get-away at Port-o-Call

Attractive unit, nicely furnished. Steps from the beach. Attentive owner was quick to respond to a couple of insignificant issues and provided lots of info on restaurants and things to do. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable, steps to the pool and beach

The owner was great, sent lists of restaurants, things to do. Don’t miss Magnolia Plantation, the Sandpiper Gallery in Sullivan’s island, really nice things from $20 up to thousands for large wall art. We enjoyed the Great Hall of the city market, the outdoor stands had lots of touristy stuff. My favorite restaurant “The Mustard Seed”, Saffron great lunch, pastry to die for, the most friendly staff. The Aquarium was nice but we had enough in 2 hours.
