My Pool Villa's are known for their cleanliness. I live around the corner and keep a very good eye on my rentals.
I'm German, and we love it very clean and organized!

Beautiful, natural and pristine beaches are only a short distance away from our Pool Villa. Venice is an exotic small cute little town for beach lovers.

Our remodeled, contemporary decorated Pool Villa - is simply the best! The house is centrally located but the quiet surroundings will impress you.

Enjoy the gorgeous heated pool with separately heated spa and the wonderful outside patio space, which is peacefully nestled in a tropical private back yard, all fenced in - it will be one of your favorite spots!

The well equipped, state of the art kitchen makes meal preparation an ease. After an eventful day you will find restful sleep on our new mattresses. Even your car can enjoy a secure rest in our over sized garage which can be opened automatically.

Great Property for the Price

We enjoyed staying here and found everything to be as pictured. The house is clean and comfortable. We only had a few issues…trying to open and close the slider door. It is a bear to use! Also, the pool screen had a rip so the mosquitoes were quite bad the first night but management was quick to get it fixed so that the rest of the stay was much better. Some reviews mentioned the airplane traffic - we did not notice this or did not find this to be a problem. For the price this place can’t be beat. The location was central to a lot of places we were going to.

Florida break to visit to JC

The house is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. It is perfect for 5 to 6 adults, Michelle the property manager is knowledgeable about the area. Then it is so great that the backyard is covered so you can hang out by the pool without the bugs. They have everything you need for a day at the beach.

Very nice

We were there for 40 days, everything was really nice. Michelle met us when we checked in, and explained everything to us. We didn’t know that we were over a flight pattern from a private airport, so that got kind of loud. We did have a problem with the pool, but Robert the owner was great and tried to help with the situation. When we booked the house, we didn’t know it was very far everything, but we dealt with the situation. Overall, the villa was very nice , and we had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic house - great location

This is our second year staying at Villa I. We love how close it is to everything-beaches,shopping, restaurants, Shamrock park to walk along the waterway and more. The house was so clean- and provides everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The bath and beach towels and other extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys and more). Gerty and Michelle are super responsive hosts if you need to reach out to them. We are returning for another 2 weeks next year, which will be our third stay- this time at Villa II which is across the street, as the dates we needed were available there. Thank you Gerty and Michelle- see you next February!

Great House!

This rental is exactly as described! Very tastefully decorated with tons of amenities. The well stocked kitchen included everything from dishes to silverware for entertaining our family and friends. The pool area is set up perfectly! We enjoyed relaxing and swimming everyday. Working with Michelle was such a pleasure and Gerty is a delight! We would recommend this gem for a couple or small family and wish we could have stayed longer!

A Much Needed Respite During a Difficlt Visit

Our Fla visit was not a vacation this trip, but this wonderful house made our tasks much easier to bear. You see we lost our mother on Christmas and had to come down to sort out her affairs. At the end of each day we had a wonderful place to come and destress each day. The home is very cute, super comfortable (the beds were very comfy - I'm not easy to please & the linens & towels were lux too) and provides everything you need to enjoy your stay (we didnt use any of the toys, beach/picnic nor bbq items, nor the bikes but they are All there). Had this been a "normal" visit this house would have become our regular stay. I can't say enough about how great the owner and manager are - super easy to work with, check in/out were easy peasy, they are extra accommodating, felt like we were in great hands all the way through our stay. P.S. the pool & hot tub were totally awesome!

Great Christmas Break Getaway

Great house...pictures don't do the decorating justice, it's very well done! Great pool and hot tub - we used it daily!! I didn't realize the street was a busy one, but that's my fault for not checking. Traffic noise wasn't bad at all...I just didn't want my kids to ride bikes with the cars and no sidewalks...again, my fault for not checking...not the owner's fault at all! Only suggestion would be having comforters/duvets added in the top duvet covers on each of the beds...they were just empty duvet covers that served as bedspreads. Maybe they were in the house somewhere to add, but we couldn't find them. Overall, would highly recommend this house!!! Great communication with owner, and property manager was very nice! Thanks for a great week!

Girls Week is Back!

We were happy to be back together again after an almost three year break because of the virus and overall we had a great week mostly hanging out at the house in the pool, and cooking. We agree with a prior review that the pictures are a bit misleading, the house is not near as large as it looks. Also we agree that the sofa is very uncomfortable. The beds were ok. There was a problem at check in on Saturday with the cleanliness of the pool and it was fixed on Monday. Many spiders and webs in the lanai. The pool and hot are visually private, neighbors are pretty close but not a problem. There were some minor plumbing issues, a very slow draining bathroom sink, and a leaking toilet. There were lots of nice towels. Nearby Shamrock Park & Nature Center was really nice for walking everyday. The house is on a busy road so walking on Jamaica Road is not ideal. The kitchen is pretty well supplied but we brought our own small appliances and I wish I had also brought a non stick frying pan. A game / puzzle table would have been nice in the area inside the front door.

Nice getaway

This is probably one of the cleanest places we have rented. Beautiful decorated! Everything you need on the inside plus things for the pool & beach. The only things that we didn’t care for was the living room furniture, little to modern for our taste. Was no way to relax on it & watch tv. The other thing was the electrical charge allowance you get …that was a first for us …not sure how that works especially when super hot. We would rent here again!

Great Place!

Overall amazing stay both Gerty and Michelle were wonderful, only negative thing that I would say is that the photos in the listing make the space look a lot larger than it actually is (which is the first thing my family noticed walking into the space) and the furniture is really uncomfortable but we spent a lot of time at the beach instead of in the house. Location and functionality are what really made the stay great. This specific space is within about a 20 minute drive from 3 different amazing beaches and only about an hour drive from the central Siesta Key area. Overall would book again :)

Wonderful house

We had a wonderful 2 week stay - the house was spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. The towels (bath and beach) were very nice - we went to the ferry beach one day, but our favorite ended up being Manasota beach, a short 10 minute drive. Shamrock park was a great place to walk. We will be back - thank you Gerty and Colleen!

Wonderful Villa

Everything about this property was wonderful! It was clean and well-stocked, and the location is so convenient to the beach plus any restaurant or shopping you may need. I loved the layout of the house as the master is on one side opposite the other two bedrooms. My son discovered a small library of books that he absolutely loved. Lots of great beach equipment and pool toys. The property manager, Colleen, was easy to communicate with and very helpful with suggestions on food and beaches. Found about 20 shark teeth! This home is a little gem and we can’t wait to return.

Great place to stay! We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay! Gerty and Colleen were so helpful with anything we needed! This place has everything you need from cooking supplies, games, puzzles, toys for the younger ones to play with, bikes to ride, beach stuff to borrow,.the list goes on and on! The pool and hot tub were also an added bonus. Very clean, very roomy, it was perfect for our family of 6! So many nice beautiful beaches ranging from 5 mins away to 30 mins away. Our favorites were Lido Key and Siesta Key! I would highly recommend Gertys place and we plan to be back next year!

Beautiful home with a few quirks

First, this home is beautiful, clean and decorated fantastically. A few things to keep in mind: 1. Heating the pool is an additional $85 for a week - we did not need this due to the temperature outside but your mileage may vary according to the season. 2. You are given a $35/week electric allowance on the home - I am not sure how this is monitored but this is something to consider. 3. The AC is wifi enabled and is monitored remotely by the owner. The temperature is set to 72 degrees while you are home, and 78 degrees while you are not there. If you like colder temperatures, please keep this in mind. It was slightly concerning to be remotely monitored via the Internet. When we arrived at the home, it was over 80 degrees so it took a while to cool down. 4. The private beach area is accessible only from 9am to 430pm and does not include Wednesday's so plan to go to a public beach if you want to go after these hours. 5. You do hear quite a bit of airplane traffic as other reviews have mentioned. 6. The couch in the living room area is not comfortable and it made it difficult to watch TV or movies (I took our own Amazon FireStick to connect). The property manager did apologize for the remote wifi connectivity for the AC (we found a single ring doorbell camera on the outside of the property and no other cameras indoors) which is apparently a new feature that was added. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean, but we would prefer something closer to a beach with hours that were not restrictive.
