Very nice house on a quiet street. The beds were comfortable and I appreciate everything provided including plenty of towels. House needs a few minor repairs but overall it was a beautiful home and a great place for our family to stay. Property was very close and convenient to downtown Memphis.

Beautiful property. The host was very helpful. Beds comfortable and nice location. If you’re staying in Memphis this definitely a great spot and likely to stay again. Back yard was perfect for the dogs. And the porch swing was a huge bonus

The neighborhood was quiet and off street parking was a plus. We loved the big front porch and bench swing. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. Beds are reasonably comfortable with lots of pillows, but no extra blankets or towels. Overall our stay was great.

The place was clean and close to everything we needed to do for the weekend getaway. Had a little trouble checking in but the host answered the phone right away and eased the check in process fast.

I would say the property was probably the nicest on the street. There were a few things that could’ve been updated, but it was very clean. Communication was really good with the owner. Parking was good in the driveway.

The place looks similar to the pictures, with the exception of the grass not being kept up in the front and back, there was a hole upstairs in the wall nook area and the patio on the deck only had one chair so we couldn’t enjoy sitting on the deck unless we brought out the kitchen chairs.

We stayed here as it was ideal for visiting Graceland, Sun studios, Beale street, Mississippi boat ride and going into Arkansas to see Johnny Cash's boyhood home.

House is roomy and easily accommodated our family of 6 adults. Beds were comfortable but could use some new pillows. Parking was easy and plentiful and it was a great location in midtown Memphis. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic home in Cooper Young that's close to everything. Lots of space to spread out and relax after a hard day of work, and a large back yard. Good off-street parking as well.

Beautiful home! Had a great stay, quiet street and the big yard for the dog was a great plus. The host was very nice and responsive, will stay again.
