Definitely not luxury. Good location, nice fireplace, very clean. No washer/dryer, no dishwasher. No icemaker. No instructions on jacuzzi. Direct tv with only pay for view. Used our personal Amazon Prime acct. and it stuttered and stopped constantly.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed your time on the mountain, and it was lovely to hear how much you enjoyed the fireplace and how clean the cabin was. We'd also like to share what the cabin offers for TV and streaming, in case it's helpful for a future stay. The cabin has Dish TV with over 100 free channels (pay-per-view channels are not available). The TVs are Samsung smart TVs with a large selection of free channels, and both the smart TV and the smart DVD player offer apps. You can sign in with your own Amazon account or other streaming accounts, or use YouTube as a guest. Occasionally the main Wi-Fi needs a quick reboot, and a simple text or call to us resolves that right away. We've always found the Jacuzzi's electronic panel to be simple to use, but we'll add clear instructions in the cabin for anyone who finds it confusing. Thank you for pointing that out. We encourage every guest to reach out if anything comes up during a stay. We're very accessible and happy to help. As with our Vrbo listing and all of our advertising, we strive to be completely transparent and never imply that we offer amenities we do not have. As you can see at a glance in the listing, this cabin is not advertised with a dishwasher, washer/dryer or an ice maker. We're sorry we didn't have the opportunity to help during your visit and we hope you'll come back so we can.

Our stay at the cabin was perfect! We didn't want for a single thing!! We actually spent a good portion of our time just relaxing on deck! Cabin was very clean and had everything!! Highly recommend!!

Honeymoon

We had an amazing stay. We stayed at a cabin hosted by Bob and Kathy last summer and absolutely loved it. We enjoyed it so much that we came back to celebrate our honeymoon and Bob and Kathy did not disappoint!

Private and Restful

Secluded cabin, but close to town for lots of sightseeing! In room jacuzzi was wonderful for romantic evenings. A very restful way to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary.

Quiet & Cozy!

We enjoyed the beautiful cabin! The hot tub was wonderful! Bob and Kathy made sure we had everything we needed! Very clean and great view! Not far from restaurants and tourist attractions!

Privacy & tranquility in 1 stop!

We had a perfect getaway weekend in this perfect cabin in the woods. Private, peaceful & cozy and only minutes away from plenty of restaurants. Definitely recommended.

Cabin in the woods close to downtown!

Nice little secluded cabin for a friends weekend adventure! Cabin was clean and had essentials. Was a quick easy drive into Eureka Springs. We also enjoyed the trail and the cave!

You’re near the road but miles from civilization. The cabin is solid and cozy and wonderful, and the hosts are quickly responsive!
