Great Family Vacation

Best Place Ever in OBX!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful and very spacious. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and whenever we need something, the property manager was available. Definitely renting this house as our home away from home.

Retirement party

Great house for our group of retirees. The rooms were spacious and clean. The elevator worked like a charm for moving in and out and the location was perfect for the beach, restaurants and sightseeing.

Perfect for our family

We were 10 adults and six kids. There was plenty of room to spread out. The pool table and the hot tub were big hits. It’s a short walk to the beach. We prepared meals every day in the kitchen which has everything you need. We definitely want to come back. Thank you!

cozy and fabulous

This was a great off-season getaway. The kitchen/family area was great for social cooking and meal sharing. The hot tub was wonderful. Beds were comfy. The elevator was super convenient for loading in and out luggage. We could have used an instructional manual for TV/sound systems but thankfully we arrived with a partially tech-savvy crew. Communication was easy/quick.

Family fun

Very nice home, great location. Right across from the beach. Unfortunately the air conditioning upstairs couldn’t keep up with temperature set for 70* it reached 82* by dinner. Kitchen was a bit unorganized.

This was a nice house. In a great location. Very convenient to the beach without being on the beach. Good view of sunsets and sunrises. We have stayed in several beach houses. They have done a good job in trying to keep up with repairs and renovations that are a continuous need near the ocean. All amenities were as advertised. (For me the electric knife was a real plus. Hate dull knives always found in these houses). Almost gave it a 4 star rating due to the mattress in the top floor suite. More lumps than poorly mixed oatmeal.

Wonderful beach getaway!

The property was perfect for a few of us to get away for the week. It is just across the street from the path to the beach, so it is easy to run back and forth if needed. I would highly recommend.

Winter Beach Escape

Location was excellent- only a few steps to beach. Great to getting the dogs out for walks. House was only superficially prepped. Hot tub did not have chemicals (although mgmt rectified) and the heater went out, making it less than useful. Carbon monoxide detectors didn’t have batteries. Lights were out on upper deck. Ceiling fans covered in accumulated dust. In need of some updates. Management was responsive but we had dogs with us and didn’t want to have maintenance intrude on our stay.
