Great House

The house had so much room and was so clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as Caspies and plan to book the house again. The proximity to the beach was excellent and the view was gorgeous!

Overall great place, perfect for our needs, very very close to beach entrance. The only complaint was the smell in the dining room, back bedroom area. Not sure what the odor was but it was strong and not appealing. Everything else was perfect!

Great house, we had a wonderful time The only issue was when we were cleaning cleaning up to leave there wasn't a broom and dust pan. The vacuum did work very good so we couldn't clean as well as we would of liked.

Bathrooms had hair on floors; air conditioning was not cool ; unable to turn down temp; ceiling in bedroom leaking water ; pool was not cleanedHair ties and hair in pool ; wanted us to send pics instead of sending someone to clean it Stains on carpet in LRCurtains in room off dining area valance torn Had to have maintenance over 3 times for ceiling

Great family location

We have been going to the OBX for years and have stayed at Caspies numerous times. We love the homey feeling throughout the house, along with the great amenities (pool, game room, hot tub, tons of deck space, etc). Plenty of room to spread out - or gather together. Very clean, with lots of extras to keep everyone comfortable.

The house was clean. The pool was great. Everything was as described. So close to the beach. We asked for more towels and we had them in less than an hour. Great house, great service!! Will definitely be booking through them again!!

Cozy with spectacular views!

House was cozy and quaint! It was a perfect fit for our "family"! This is the 5th year we have been doing long beach weekend over the Labor Day weekend and this was the best house so far. While we love some of the house we stayed at before, this one offered a great location. Quick walk to the beach, sunrises and dolphins from the deck, a pool for the kids to escape, a covered hot tub for the adults to get away. While the house may not be a newly renovated as some, this house has all the amenities you will need for an amazing vacation. It is on our list to return to in the future!

Great House;Great vacation

We were very pleased with our stay at Capsies! The rental was very clean,beds were comfortable and the pool was beautiful. The home was well stocked with so many necessities plus extras. I just wish we would have known about the extras…high chair, slow cooker, beach cart, pack and play (we packed or rented these things only to find them there). The outside game area was so nice. We played shuffleboard and corn hole. We also enjoyed the view of the ocean from the top deck! Great sunrises! The walk to the beach was not far and the beach wasn't overly crowded. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. One note for your lawn service…they weed whacked and left about a foot perimeter of chopped weeds inside the pool area. It stormed that night. Needless to say, we had quite a mess in the pool area the next day.

Thry have everything from highchairs, booster seats, wagon for the beach, baby gates, pack n plays. The house was set up perfectly for a large family gathering. We had a blast. I usually dread walking to the beach but it was a 30 second walk to the beach access. We had family from 2 yrs old to 70 yrs old and every age in between. Not one thing to complain about. Be careful of the couple top balcony posts move so watch your children near that. We would love to come back and stay again!

This house was really great!!! There were 3 families; 6 adults and 6 kids (aged 2-10) and there was stuff for everyone from games to book, the pool, the playground, and of course the walk to the beach!!! It was also great to have the hot tub!! The house was really clean and had A LOT more than what we were expecting based on the email we got prior to arriving (dishes, spices, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc) we would def go back!! It would be nice to have an early check in without having to pay 281 though. At least 1pm vs 4pm.
