Beautifully renovated spacious home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Home features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 full living rooms, large kitchen, fenced yard, a large deck, and stainless steel grill that is perfect for cooking out. Home has HIGH speed wireless internet service 600bpm and Cable TV. Home is located in a community with a neighborhood pool. As you enter the subdivision, you are welcomed by a large stocked fishing pond. For BEST response to questions or concerns about the property, please E-mail the owner. Home is 12 minutes to Lakepoint Sports facility.
The property adjoins an 1800s family cemetery. Its hardly visible from the house or yard unless you are looking for it. If you are a history buff and want to research the "Smith" family, you can find limited information on Google. If you fearful of cemeteries, this is not the house for you.

Lots of room and everything we needed

We stayed for Thanksgiving to be near family. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking a nice meal. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space and very clean.

Very Accommodating

We came in with a large team and were treated extremely well with much patience! The house is very nice in a good location.

Great Visit

Perfect location for our retreat. House was well equipped and comfortable. Love visiting Cartersville and plan on returning. Would definitely book this house again if I needed this size of home.

Roomy and comfortable

This is a great home in a quiet neighborhood. It worked well for a group of friends attending a workshop at the Booth Western Art Museum in Cartersville. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is a split level so the steeper stairs to the upper level were difficult for one member so I can't recommend it to anyone with difficulty with stairs. Everyone else will love it!

Spacious and pleasant stay

The house was perfect! Plenty of room and all we needed was available. Pleasant neighborhood. The backyard and decks made for good ambiance too. The owner made things very easy. Great stay.

Great for Large Families!

The house is well-stocked with all you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Lots of grocery stores nearby so we were able to cook all our meals. The backyard is not fenced, so we enjoyed hiking through the tree-covered property. Lovely, spacious home; just as advertised!

Reunion Weekend

This rental is spacious and suited our weekend very well. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for visiting and sleeping. Since we were there to see each other, we didn't venture out much, so I can't speak for it's proximity to destinations, but we did find everything we needed nearby.

Possibly the best stay ever!

Our group has been traveling all over the southeast for the last 2 years. While this home is very particular on house rules and check out instructions it is well worth the extra attention. I am very organized and clean, so I can respect thier requests because this home is spotless! We had an extremely comfortable stay and would have loved to stay longer. We will definately stay again if the opportunity presents!

Wonderful house to rent!!!

The house was wonderful. The owner, Brian made us feel at home. We rented the house because of a baseball tournament at Lakepointe. Could have been a better location. The house is equipped with everything you will need during your stay. If we ever play at Lakepoint sports complex again I will definitely look to book this house once again. Thanks for everything!!!

Spacious, comfortable getaway

We enjoyed this beautiful, spacious home. We spent a week for baseball in the area. Centrally located to most of the fields as well as restaurants and shopping. Perfect place for a.long term stay. Often times houses do not.supply linens but this house was stocked nicely with towels and such. Community pool was very nice as were community members. My boys loved fishing at the pond as well. Recommend this property!
