Mary was extremely proactive with communication. Always friendly and responsive. The place matched the listing, nice, quiet stay. Clear warnings not to eat the fish in the backyard pond.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described and the owner did a great job of communicating timely! The location is convenient for many activities and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again when in town.

Beautiful home fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Enjoyed being on the lake with very relaxing views from backyard. Great communication with host and would definitely come back again for another stay.

Our host, Mary, was a pleasure working with. The neighborhood was very nice and beautiful. The house itself was extremely clean and very comfortable.I would highly recommend renting this home!

We had a good stay in the month of February. Mary (the host) was excellent to deal with. The communication and ease of checking in was really good. The house was very clean. The location is good for Mariners spring training and local hikes.

Wonderful Family Stay

We had a wonderful time at the lake house! Lots of kids activities, al fresco dining by the water, great amenities, and Mary was a great hostess. Convenient location in a nice neighborhood. We’ll be back the next time we’re in the Phoenix area!

Great House in a Nice Neighborhood

Great location! The house was clean and was stocked with everything needed for our stay. Teens loved the paddle boat, kayaks and fishing on the dock. Will stay here again if in the area. Definitely recommend this property!

Excellent place with everything you need and more!

The house was exactly as explained and was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! Was so clean and cozy with gorgeous views and an excellent backyard for hanging out with the family. The host was more than gracious and very easy to communicate with. We had a blast fishing and riding the paddle boat and loved the convenience of restaurants and other places in the area.

the home was really well stocked and the games were used by all . the younger ones enjoyed the paddle boat but said it was harder than they had thought.

We would definitely recommend this home! Mary was very responsive and helpful. The backyard was very peaceful. We enjoyed relaxing with the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. We also played a lot of cornhole, rode bikes, took walks through the neighborhood and played basketball at the nearby basketball court. We were close to everything we wanted to do - Lake Pleasant, day trip to Sedona, hike on the Arrowhead trail, several restaurants, and the outlet mall. There was a lot of space for our family of 4. The house was very clean with all the amenities as described. It was fantastic!

Great stay

There are so many things to do at this house. Lots of activities for adults and kids. Outdoor area was so nice, secluded and backyard that overlooks lake to fish. We would highly recommend. Host was incredibly kind and gave us great ideas!

This home wants for nothing

We stayed for five weeks, all very delightful. Mary was very responsive and helpful when needed. The location is great, especially enjoyed siting out on the dock and watching the lake. Thanks, all in all a great visit.

Beautiful home

The home was clean, well stocked and very roomy for our family. We used the paddleboat and kayaks and loved being on the lake. Mary was great with her instructions, communication and help with anything that we needed. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks again Mary for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

Lake house

This property is meticulously clean, up-to-date, and also very comfortable. It is well-appointed with a coffee bar and equipment for activities, such as paddle boating! The location is very convenient and the neighborhood is conducive to bicycling and hiking. Thank you for a lovely stay.
