Beautiful home in sunny Glendale, Arizona! We are excited to welcome you to our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom 2350 sq. ft. home on the scenic Arrowhead Lakes, ready for your enjoyment! Complete with an inviting 2-person hot tub, shuffleboard table, private pool, and gorgeous view, this home is nestled in the beautiful Arrowhead Lakes community of Glendale Arizona. Close proximity to golf courses, Hurricane Harbor water park, AZ Cardinals Stadium, spring training baseball parks, and excellent restaurants. Additional perks of the home include two kayaks to take on the lake, WiFi, outdoor grill, Youtube streaming TV, Hulu, ESPN plus, and Netflix.

For the layout of the house, there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed in one room, 4 twin beds (bunk beds) in second room, and a king bed in the master bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and office desk. There is a 65" flat screen LG tv in the living room, and a 65" Samsung flat screen tv in the Master bedroom. Downstairs game room has an arcade style video game with over 7200 games with any game you can imagine.

Great location, house has great updates. Lots of love and care put into the home. The lake view is amazing . The hot tub was nice. We don’t use the pool it was a little too cold . We will rebook this house again.

Enjoyed our stay and there was enough room for a family get away. Great community to walk around in. The only recommendations we would have is that they put in their check-in message that there is a 3 ring binder with information about the house and rules and where to find it. Last we were without towels on arrival but I message Jared and he responded quickly and had them there before we went to bed. Jared was great in getting back to us and making sure we had everything we needed. We would stay again.

The owner was super responsive and helpful with any issues we had come up during our stay. The pool area was really fun and comfortable and the home and beds were really nice.

The property was great, nicely maintained. We stayed for the we open and it was ideal. Easy access to the highway to get anywhere. Loved the house.

Amazing Accommodations

We loved our stay! House was clean and had convenient amenities for all of us. Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sitting out on back patio playing scrabble game that was provided. Great place to enjoy spending time with family!

Great time again here for work and appreciation of the home. It has everything you need quiet nice neighborhood. Pool and sauna was great. A must try. My got to every time I’m in town.

The house was super clean, very comfortable, well supplied and would absolutely book again! The pool was definitely not “heated” but the hot tub made up for it :)

Beautiful family retreat

Rarely is a home better than advertised, but this one really was. Tons of thoughtful extras for the kids - toys, books, humidifiers, and outside toys to name a few. We had a great time enjoying the back yard as much as possible!

Great place!

We loved our stay. House was immaculate and had everything we needed. We were here for baseball and the proximity to everything was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Grocery store/gas/restaurants all near by. We will be back for sure!
