Great Location

Great location, a block away from restaurants and shops. Short walk to anywhere in the historic district. Clean, comfortable accomodations with well appointed kitchen and spacious living and dining. Parking is a big plus. Definitely would stay again

Couple getaway

The location was perfect! Just minutes from Leopold's ice cream shop. The place was adorable and very clean. My only concern is the furniture was very uncomfortable. The pull-out sofa bed was very old and had metal rods protruding. The queen-sized bed was very uncomfortable. Also to note, the owner does live on the property upstairs. The stairs are blocked off but we didn't feel as if we had privacy. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well on the trip. We didn't let this hinder the trip and still enjoyed how we could.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. It is close to just about everything so we could walk to all of our activities. Parking is a little tight for a full size truck so keep that in mind. Also, this is apparently a residence to the owner (?) upstairs so you can pretty much hear their noise upstairs for instance walking, talking, laughing etc. If you like it super quiet this may be a problem or if you have pets like we do it kept them on alert until they got use to the voices etc. Supplied very well too!!

Charming garden apartment in exceptional location

We had everything we needed in the perfect location for great family time in beautiful Savannah. And with a parking spot included, the trip will always be a special memory.

Old, but clean and cozy

Great stay at the property. Everything communicated accurately well ahead of arrival. As mentioned, building is old, but very cozy and with lots of charm. Nice home away from home for a few days. We were there for 3 nights and chose to eat meals out. Everything is there in the home to stay in if you choose, too. Linens, towels, toiletries are all there. Wif-fi and TV if you want to watch. Nice outdoor space as well. Would definitely return to this property on a future visit to Savannah. Right on tour bus line too!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very spacious, adorable place to stay in Savannah. It is within walking distance of all of the squares and has private off street parking. We loved the private outdoor garden space! It was easy to find, kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy! It is also located within apex 3 blocks of the gorgeous Savannah Riverwalk. Close to everything!

Beautiful & Quaint

My husband and I enjoyed our stay the accommodation were nice. The only suggestions would be a full size ironing board and to check the water temp for shower, it was not warm water, a bit cold. We loved the decor and the flooring was unique. Some cobblestone near the gate are a trip hazard...I would recommend this location to family and friends.

Savannah basement apartment

Really nice place. Great location. Parking was a big plus! You can walk to everything. The staircase was a little unsettling. It was locked on our side but we were concerned about someone coming in from the apartment above. No one did, no one bothered us. Would stay here again and not worry about the staircase.

Loved the apartment and the location!

This is a great apartment and loved the layout! Very spacious and clean. It had everything one would need. It is in a great location! There is a small lovely, quiet square across the street from the front of the apartment. The designated parking spot was great and right out the back door and through the cute little private courtyard. The apartment is just around the corner from Broughton Street which is great for restaurants and shopping and a short walk to River Street which also has lots of restaurants and shopping. The rental company was great to communicate with. They were immediate in response to a question that I had. I was visiting my niece who goes to SCAD and I will definitely stay here again when I go back to see her! Savannah is a lovely city with much to see and do.

Wonderful Stay & Dog Friendly

Location, location, location was perfect. The property was very comfortable and met our needs. The bedding was soft, lots of pillows to choose from. Shower was great! For me, I have to realize that I'm in historic (old) Savannah and the houses and accommodations are, well, old (I'm not used to that). This is a ground level apartment, but did have windows. The floor was brick, which was charming. It had a fenced in courtyard, which was lovely to have when you have a pup that gets you up at 4:30am to go out. Parking was a breeze. Checking in and out was also easy. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at 321 E Congress was delightful. We traveled with out senior chihuahua, so being on Warren Square was perfect for us. We certainly couldn't beat the location in proximity to the riverfront and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and charming. You could smell pet urine after a couple of days but I think it was in the living room rug, and that is to be expected in a pet friendly rental. The apartment had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay in our favorite town!

Our week in Savannah

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay in this unit. We know the owner who lives above the unit. When we arrived there was no toilet tissue in the unit, it had not been vacuumed very well and there was a lot of dog hair, and there was moldy bread in the cabinet. Luckily there is a CVS close by to purchase tissue. There is a vacuum cleaner in the unit and a quick vacuum took care of the dog hair. We tossed out the moldy food. After that it was a great week for us. We enjoy Savannah and will return for another visit.

Love the location

We loved the location of this property. It was perfect for my spouse and I and our small pups to get around town and enjoy everything Savannah has to offer. We did have quite a few issues with the property itself which we brought up to the property manager at the conclusion of our stay and we were not pleased with how they handled it. The property was not cleaned prior to our visit (soiled rugs - soiled towels - broken blinds- mold in the washer and dryer- faulty door lock - broken dining chair and a lamp plugged in without any bulbs) . We were charged a pretty hefty cleaning fee as well as other fees for booking this property and when we spoke to the property manager about them instead of apologizing and asking how he could resolve the issue he asked if I had ‘photographical evidence’ then ghosted us and we have never heard back from him which was extremely unprofessional.

Such potential!!

This is such a cute apartment in a perfect location. The owner above was very loud but I did contact the property manager and she took care of it. This place is filthy though. Yes, the surface areas are clean but it desperately needs a deep clean. The walls, light fixtures and especially the floors. Your feet will be black if you don’t wear house shoes or socks. The apartment also is not little kid friendly or possibly not safe for older people with how the brick pavers are so unlevel. This apartment needs rugs (that can be washed) in traffic areas if the brick floors can not be cleaned. I also recommend a box fan to help drown out the noise of the owner and the traffic outside at night.
