Beautiful, comfortable townhouse

The location of the townhouse wasnperfect fornour needs. Everything was there...very comfortable and lovely!

Perfect place to stay.

This was the perfect place to stay for visiting the Biltmore. They had everything we needed. We also went to Doc Brown’s BBQ that was recommended in a previous review. We were not disappointed. It was great food!

Wedding weekend

The place was stocked better than any other place we have rented. Very clean and decorated nicely. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to Asheville

Location was perfect distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Loved having full sized beds and separate spaces for resting. Plenty of towels. Was a comfy spot for the long weekend.

Great Repeat Stay!

This is such a nice little spot that this was our second stay, and we are already planning on the next stay. It is easy to find and navigate to, and is always tidy and clean. The kitchen has the basics to make breakfast, and we were always out and about the rest of the day. Comfy beds and very nice bathrooms.

Great place to stay

Everything was as expected. It was a perfect stay for our trip to the Biltmore. Would definitely recommend staying here. The street is a little tight if cars are parked on it. Other than that it was perfect!

Great townhouse

Nice well kept property. Once we got the entry code figured out, had no problems. Hannah was very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again when in Asheville.

Great experience

Our stay was great, Jon our host made things easy. The property was nice for my sisters and myself. We went to spend time with my brother who lives in Asheville. I was able to cook for my siblings it truly was a home away from home. Would definitely come back to this property.

Exactly what we needed!

Needed a place to stay for a weekend wedding. My husband, friends and I had plenty of space for our quick trip. Location was perfect! Close to the venue and restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Girls trip to Biltmore

Great townhouse in a good & safe location for visiting the Biltmore. Just a short drive to Biltmore & downtown Ashville which was nice. We also enjoyed getting back to the house & enjoyed eating locally without crowds. The townhouse was very clean, furnished & stocked nicely. The beds were very comfortable. The host kept us informed and answered questions very quickly. Great place to stay!

Nice house, convenient to everything

We really enjoyed our stay; nice house, nice beds and bedrooms, with a smaller kitchen but it suited us just fine. Minuses: parking is tight, no pot holders, smaller main tv with a fussy remote. The plusses outweigh the minuses. We’d definitely stay again.

West Asheville

Great location for what we needed to do , Close to downtown and area restaurants . Easy access to highways. . Parking a little tight for two cars but works . The place needs a little updating, carpet downstairs and carpet on stairs need cleaning , also the guest bath by tub in the corners needed to be cleaned. Overall a great place to stay .

Very Clean. Good Proximity to AVL.

First, the communications were excellent with the manager/owner. We had a minor issue with the door code, but they were responsive and resolved it in minutes. The townhome was remarkably clean. We were very impressed with that aspect. The location was just outside Asheville, but it was a quick drive to downtown and to the places we wanted to visit. The parking is fairly tight even in the driveway, but it’s still sufficient. I’d recommend the place for a group of 2-3 friends or couples.

Townhome Stay

We were in town to search for a vacation home and the proximity of the townhome was fine.The place itself was fine and what I didn’t realize, it was right off a busy four-lane road. I had planned on riding my bike and running but wasn’t able to while we were there (no road shoulder either). It was also tough to walk our dogs as well because of the location.

Great condo close to Bob Jones park

We were in town for my daughter’s softball tournament and this place was the best location for that! It was also not far from downtown Asheville. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We had a little trouble with the AC the first night, but realized it froze up. So, we left it off for the day since we were gone and at night it was working again. Also, the parking was a bit of an issue because the garage is so small and the driveway is only fit for one car. But we only had two cars so we made it work. I would definitely stay here again if we had another softball tournament!

Our stay was perfect. The house had everything we needed and the location was great. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would be happy to rebook here in the future.

Perfect and spacious

It is a bit out of downtown but very spacious and nice. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely use in the future.
