Mountain view, beautiful walk out suite overlooking a park and creek. 3bedrooms.

Our suite is immaculate with a fridge stocked with juice, cream, yogurt, and pastries. Equipped with a microwave, water cooler and Kuerig coffee machine (coffee, tea, hot chocolate), however there is no kitchen or barbeque. Many restaurants 5 minutes away. There is a covered deck with your personal hot tub overlooking a park with a creek and view of the mountains. You have a separate entrance and welcome our guests to please park on the right hand side of the driveway (parking for two cars). Everything in town is just a 5 minute drive including a 36 hole golf course.
We also have a 26’ sailboat available for a tour of the lake, or if there is wind we will sail the lake. A beautiful way to see our town and lake!

This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy. , A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

Ken & Shirley are wonderful hosts! They make sure your comfortable, taken care of, and most important that you are having a great time in osoyoos. Its very easy to get in contact, and its a very safe neighborhood. I will definitely be coming back.

Place was perfect for our stay... there was creamer, coffee, a full water cooler, cookies and snacks, plus a container of fresh tomatoes and cherries ready for us when we checked in. Bedrooms were spacious with very comfy beds, there were lots of towels, an excellent living space, and the back yard was a dream! We loved chilling in the hot tub, and 2 of us got to enjoy an afternoon sail with Ken and his first mate Ahmed - it was a total vibe. Communication was a breeze, and the location was awesome! The 4 of us really enjoyed our time here, and we'd definitely stay again!! Highly recommend

This is a lovely cosy walkout basement suite, clean, comfy beds, the hot tub is great. It’s perfect for a short stay.The reason I didn’t score it excellent overall was because there is no full kitchen, but there is a fridge, coffee maker, water dispenser and microwave. We were left lots of lovely snacks by the owners.The other thing I would maybe advise adding to the listing is the fact that you have to walk down uneven steps to get to the suite. There is a handrail and lighting, but if someone has mobility issues this could be a problem.My sister and brother in law had the pleasure of going on the lake in the owners sailboat, which they really enjoyed.Overall a great stay for a family get together.

Very welcoming hosts. There was lots of space indoors and out, with a beautiful garden to enjoy. The morning coffee was great; having cream on hand in the fridge was a nice touch.I would add a boot tray under the water cooler... just to make it easy to keep the carpet dry.Other than that, a really relaxing place to stay.

Great stay in a beautiful quiet area! The place is spacious and comfortable. The host goes the extra with coffee, juice and baked goods.We all enjoyed our stay, heard some owls but couldn’t see them!

Wonderful stay in Oosoyos!

The property was clean and inviting. While the amenities and price per night were similar to a hotel, the privacy the property offered was awesome for our needs. Highly recommend this gem!

Amazing host - beautiful stay

I stayed in Osoyoos with my 2 friends as we are working on a project in an adjacent community, the suite was clean, quiet, nice bedding and comforting hosts. Many amenities available (hot tub and sitting area) it was super comfortable I wish we'd had more time just to hang out there.
