Spacious kitchen, large living room, reading nook, glassed in porch overlooking the lake. House is 30 feet from the lake with 300 feet of frontage.
Several picnic tables, 2 hammocks, a grill, fire pit, and plenty of lawn furniture for enjoying outside time together. 16’ straight-out dock with room for two boats.
2 sit on kayaks and 1 canoe available.
Disability-friendly (but not fully ADA compliant)
Ramp to access front entrance of house;
Grab bars in the step-in showers and toilet areas.
Although the property is quiet and secluded, it is conveniently located 10 minutes from Winthrop, and 15 minutes from Augusta and I-95. 1 hour to the Boothbay Harbor region and Portland.
Major airports in Portland (1 hour) and Bangor (1 1/2 hours). Regional Augusta Airport is only 15 minutes away.
Maine Cabin Masters HQ and store is 15 minutes away in nearby Manchester.

Great cabin with everything needed for a rustic stay (without it being too rustic). We loved the canoe, the doc, and fire pit. Will be booking again!

Yet another perfect week at our favorite camp. If camp life is for you, this is the spot. The hosts are wonderful and accommodating. We just love this spot. Clear water, very private lot, comfy beds, ample towels and kitchen items… just the best!

This was a beautiful lakeside house! It was well furnished and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the pots,pans and utensils you could think of! The wifi was very good as well, strong and speedy signal through the house even on the enclosed porch.The hosts and property manager were very responsive to any questions we had both before and during our trip.

Great camp! Clean, very comfy beds! Even the big bunk beds were super comfortable! Lots room in the kitchen and counter space to keep all of your food on.The outside space is also great with lots of shade. The kids loved, jumping off the end of the dock .We were there with kids and grandkids, and I cannot say enough good things about this property.

Perfect location on the lake!
My family and absolutely loved this camp! It was well equipped with everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay.

Family getaway
We love staying here! So fun for the kids, beautiful waterfront and plenty of room. Close to many stores and amenities!

Dan met us at check in, which helped us get set up and start the weekend off right.The camp is rustic but veryclean and functional, but that is what we hoped for. Brought us back to our childhood experiences, only better. 2 full baths a half bath with plenty of room for sleeping made the adults only weekend very comfortable. The views, absolutely beautiful spot. We brought a swim pad and a few jetskis- super fun to just hang out on the water or ride.Played corn hole, sat by the fire, had coffee and watched the loons. A very peaceful and very fun place to stay... it was voted by the crew to definitely rent again next year.

This cabin is beautiful. Nothing beats coffee on the lake watching the sun peeking through the trees.

Great Mini Vacation
House was well stocked, bed was comfy, and the fishing was excellent. Lots of pet friendly things to do in the area. Hope to be back with family!

Fun place to stay
This is our second stay. It is quiet and a quintessential Maine cabin experiece. We hope to be back again.

We absolutely love coming to this house. It is our home away from home and the property is perfect. It’s everything you want in a lake house. We have been thrilled to start a family here and hope to continue growing it returning for many years to come.
