This charming condo is ideally located on the west edge of Vail Village, offering a prime spot between both Lionshead and Vail Village. Just a short walk to either village, or hop on the in-town bus with a stop right outside the complex. The cozy living room has a wood-burning fireplace and great views to the ski slopes. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area provides a spacious feel, with the dining room comfortably seating six. For added convenience, there’s a full-size washer and dryer, plus a building elevator for easy access to the 3rd floor. NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. In the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise. This is not really a problem in the winter.
